That was what I was told in person, my daughter was on the phone. There was no specification of what line was being cleared, no specification that there was any stipulations on the refund. The guy simply said if it doesn't work I won't charge no small print disclosed. My toliet worked but all the sewage was backed into my bathtub( see picture). Thats what was in my bathroom when he finished. Doesn't look clear to me, now I am no plumber or septic pro, but come on. They offered a good faith refund of 100. I'm confused they said if it didn't work it would be a 250 refund not 100. Do not use! Do not recommend! Rip off!!! Zero stars.If you are not a plumber then you should not say I will clear the line for an additional 250 and if it doesn't work I won't charge you. The right thing to do would be to say you need a regular plumber if you couldn't do what I needed. Not charge me almost 1000 dollars to not fix the problem I wanted addressed. We talked on the phone also got bombarded by you and your wife via text. There is nothing more to talk about maybe you will be better and more clear and concise or just do the right thing and refund the 250.

He came over and helped me locate the tank that evening using a probing rod and even helped me dig to try and find it. We found it, I dug up the two square lids that evening and he came out the very next morning to pump it. Well guess what, those lids were fake or abandoned because we pulled them out and there was nothing but solid concrete underneath. We saw something that looked like part of a round lid extending out from the hole that I dug. AGAIN he helped me dig in rock hard clay soil and we uncovered the true lid on the solid side. He got it pumped and back up and running that morning. He even came back a third time once I exposed the other round lid. This guy is AMAZING! Please support this company. His customer service is unmatched. He could have easily financially taken advantage of us because we were in an emergency situation. This was not the case. He gave a passing inspection on the septic when there was water coming back into it noted in his notes. They also incorrectly identified our septic tank as a single chamber tank with no baffling. This was discovered by multiple other septic professionals.It in fact is a double chamber tank with baffling. This shows they never even uncovered the whole tank to do the inspection. He took the time to patiently explain how to prevent future backups--simple, easy steps that are completely avoidable, even with my limited mobility. John came out today and dug up our septic tank this morning, and he was very helpful in answering all our questions. We got to watch the whole process (digging up the covers, pumping, and all that goes with it). John was a hoot to work with, and made us laugh throughout the process! Our tank hasn't been pumped in 10 years, and he said it looked good for such a long time. On the phone I was told a price of 575, which is high, but I wanted to give the local company the business. I was shocked when after the tank was pumped that the price demanded was nearly doubled at $1080. That's when the lies started. The "Gentleman" lied to me saying that he was digging for 2 hours trying to find the Lids to my septic tank, in fact one lid was fully exposed before he got there, the. other lid was 3": under the surface across from the exposed lid. My tenant said that with-in 15 mins of arriving he stated pumping, both lids were open. He then claimed my tank was over 2000 gallon and it cost more because it was bigger. In fact, it is a 1200-gallon tank. He said he was there for almost 3 hours, which was the 3rd lie, My Tenant said he was there less than an hour, makes me sick to deal with such dishonest people.
