Great pizzas! Thin dough, very light and great filling. Always ordered, never ate there. But we love it.

By the time we arrived, we still had to wait a bit because they had just begun our order. I do like my food hot so I didn't mind, and they were really nice and apologized for the wait. I was a bit iffy about the cleanliness. I watched them switch from station to station, brush their hair or touch their face and then the food again. We had the meat lover calzone. It was very nicely stuffed and a great, light crispy breading. But it was really watery and wet so as we ate, there was a big puddle of water. I thought it would leak oil or something but it was just water. I think it might be from the tomato sauce. It wasn't the most appealing by the end. I also got the spaghetti meatball. I actually really liked the pasta and the simple basil tomato sauce. It hit the spot for me. But the meatballs were really bad. They were oddly cut in half and had a sour, off flavor. I think the meat had gone bad. I couldn't eat it and since we did take away, I couldn't really get it redone or tell the staff. Overall, I'm glad we gave it a try anyway. It was not the best food experience and probably won't get the same items again. The pizza does look good though so maybe we will try that next time we're around.

The parking lot was quite small for this restaurant, with only two settings being offered for the evening; we chose the one from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. The restaurant itself was also small, with tables and chairs situated in every nook of the historical home. The décor was beautiful, with many different pictures and bottles adorning the walls. We had first settled on the antipasto for one, along with the stracciatella soup. We were given a basket of bread and butter to start, which was delicious, as the bread was warm on the inside, and crunchy on the outside. The soup was authentic as can be, with delicious droplets of egg in a perfectly heated dish, tasting marvelous, bringing back a lot of wonderful memories. The antipasto platter was a tad small, costing $18.00 however, since we had our main dishes coming, we were settled with the amount that was given. For the main dishes, my husband had settled on the linguine with a multitude of fish; there was more fish than pasta, which is something that you hardly ever see in a restaurant. The meat cannelloni was fabulous, with just the perfect amount of sauce and cheese; although the cheese was a tad burnt on the top however, it didn't affect the taste in any way. Service was exceptional as well, with servers coming by often to refill our water glasses and ask how the food was. Overall, an authentic restaurant which boasted the best of Italian food in a cozy atmosphere.

She also mentioned something about a two‑hour sitting limit, even though we were never planning to stay that long. Her attitude was absolutely unacceptable--she was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me as if I was bothering her. At one point she almost outright said it's not her problem. It felt like my business and my money weren't welcome there. I never been to this place and will not be coming back. I'd rather go somewhere that actually values its customers and where the owner cares about the people who keep the business running. Avoid this place if you expect even basic courtesy.

We got there a little after 11 and already the place was jamming. All we wanted were a couple of cannolis and sfogliatellas. When we got them home, the product did not disappoint. We felt like we had been immediately transported back to Napoli where we enjoyed these delicacies fresh out of the bakery. Their pizza line is also crazy. You need to be sure to show up as early as possible, or they run out. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Aside from the hustle and bustle, it has a great atmosphere, but I would not recommend eating there unless you feel comfortable with a mass of people all around you.

Nutella croissant, pistachio cream filled. Staff super friendly took my order gave recommendations. Croissant was crispy versus buttery had a decent amount of Nutella in there. Not sure if it's more crispy vs buttery or just end of day. The pistachio filled donut was heavy filled with whip cream delicious and not lactose friendly. Tiramisu good on the sweeter side not too heavy on coffee flavor whip cream and cake bottom. Not super traditional but it's okay. 3 separate counters to order different food items this place can get quite full. Little bit hard to find the price on the items it's not listed with the food itself. In the middle of the place there are tables and chairs to sit and eat at which is nice. Not just a take out spot. Great especially in the winter. Havent had a chance to try the prepared foods or pizza that is for the next visit!

You can read my previous review to learn more about Belaggios…read more I have upgraded my review because I finally really got into gelato. More about that later, at the end of the review. Belaggio's is close to my workplace (a school) and therefore if I need to pick up a lunch, I have to get back on time, plus having eaten the lunch. I generally judge food above all, but for a lunch place, time is of the essence. Let's say that I'm trying to grab a beautiful Belaggios Veal Sandwich because I accidentally (maybe) left my sad, bagged lunch of leftovers at at home.  So I have the excuse to go for some take out, and, at lunch, I don't have much time. I'm a teacher, and I don't want to be the person getting the late slip. That's why I need the servers to get it right, because I want to eat the right sandwich. The veal sandwich. The meatball sandwich is OK too, so if I accidentally get your meatball sandwich, I will enjoy it. However, this has not happened recently. Twice in a row, I have had a great veal sandwiches ... oh, I wish that you could taste them right now! The bread is excellent, too. I also went there on a Saturday evening and enjoyed their gelato. It was so delicious and creamy. The flavours of each gelato really shone through the creaminess. Perfect. This experience compelled me to buy a gelato/ice cream maker, so that I can try it at home. The price is high, but sometimes, you get what you pay for. Once you eat this gelato (and, get this, I HATE ice cream), there is no turning back. If you love gelato, or are looking for a good take out lunch, then go to Belaggio's now.

Known for their excellent arancini rice balls, they serve arborio rice balls that are stuffed with ground veal in tomato sauce, sweet peas and mozzarella cheese. They have quite a menu that focuses on pasta and hot sandwiches. I love all types of pasta from white Alfredo sauce pasta, to rosé tomato-cream sauce pasta, or Bolognese sauce pasta, or tomato-basil pasta. They also have coffee, cannoli and gelato. On any given day customers drop by for their chicken parm, eggplant parm, ceasar salad, Calabrese, veggie, ham and cheese grilled panini, meatball or chicken or veal sandwiches. Be sure to add hot or sweet peppers, provolone or mozzarella cheese, onions, eggplant and mushrooms to give your sandwich extra flavours. I added green peppers to my veal sandwich and a very important point to add much needed extra sauce! The second veal sandwich I ordered was very dry, almost tasteless and had practically no tomato sauce on it. Wasn't sure if it always comes this dry? I hope not but am glad I asked for extra sauce on the second sandwich. Much needed! Their gelato is worth tasting if you have a sweet tooth.
