We had two very poor experiences with this merchandise company. Our first order arrived with missing items, and our second had significant damage to nearly half the products. We followed their return policy and sent the damaged merchandise back for a promised refund, but after they received it, all communication stopped and no refund was ever issued. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, we were ignored and ghosted. As a small business, this lack of accountability and follow through is unacceptable and extremely costly. This is not a reputable business. Do not work with these guys. We ordered a design and paid for rush delivery -- everything up to this point has been smooth. Talking on the phone, discussing inks, sizes etc. As soon as the order was "done" they went cold. No tracking number provided no updates, no communication. We waited 2 months and we're forced to file a dispute with the bank. They called us after a long string of texts, emails, voice mails, even messages on social saying that your product is done and in customs. After that they went cold again and zero communication, zero replies, zero support. Long story short, our order never arrived, no tracking number was provided, and they wrote us a cold message saying "if you don't want the product shipped we will offer to pick it up in our shop." Did an order for my clothing line, first order was good, everything was great. second order we wanted custom bags and long sleeves and hats, they messed up the order. said we could keep items they messed up... then they ghosted us in the bags and the redo, I've texted and called for months. this place is a scam, I really thought they were trustworthy and it's a shame I didn't look at these other reviews. read more

This place looks legitimate on social media, but it absolutely is not. Our clothing brand used 413 Merch for four separate orders, and every time we used them *without fail* they messed up tremendously. In one order, they forgot 40% of the inventory and never refunded us. They are a poorly run business with zero integrity to actually make things right. I would never use them again. read more

just about the worst manufacturer you could ever work with. bro gave me fake updates for months and then stopped responding luckily I filed a dispute and was able to get my money back. bro almost got off with $1.5k of my hard earned money. if the owner eli reads this i want you to know you do not know how to run a business and you should just give up and get a 9-5.
