403 Eats is a very comfortable outdoor venue. The venue was responsive and helpful when I called their number. The food truck food was yummy. The band they had on was totally enjoyable. Who knew a cover band could be so fun?! Lots of parking behind the space. Close walking distance to downtown Tomball. This is a good enough hangout spot that someone from out of town could really flesh out a weekend trip to Tomball area. read more

This is always a fun place to come for eats. Bummer today is even thought they have a time frame of 11am-9pm that doesn't mean the food trucks that are there keep those time. The only truck open was Mega Melts and the beverage station. So Mega Melts is good messy but good. Blackened Shrimp Quesadillas was what I chose super melty and the shrimp was good just not blackened as I personally thought they should be. For $16 this would have been great if they would have put tortilla chips with it. My boys got the sandwiches my oldest got the Texas Chicken Ranch sandwich with fries said it was a little heavy on the ranch but good. The Birra Po Boy my youngest got and he ate the whole thing he did go through a few napkins though as it was super messy. The cook was very polite and repeated to us the price of each of our orders to probable sure we knew the cost of the food we were buying. The girls in the beverage station of 403 Eats are always very friendly. It's very clean in there. Don't forget to sign up for the rewards they have because we got a few soda fountain drink. Now the prices are just crazy for a small styrofoam cup even with the three drinks I got and mind you one was suppose to be free was with tip $9 hmm Be aware this is an outside venue primarily each individual truck is a separate business from 403 Eats and are not connected. My first time what a nice experience! I purchased two pork tacos and Philly cheesesteak is was so delicious. I assume the Male was owner very friendly and willing to accommodate for not having anymore brisket for Taco's and suggested pork. The female was also polite and friendly! We explored and found 403 Eats last night on Main street Tomball. Food trucks, bars and live music. We stumble in "Behind the fence" on a free concert night and were instantly welcomed in to enjoy the venue. They are kid and doggy friendly. They also have the cleanest bathrooms around!! We checked out the food trucks and saw so many options for good eats. But Queenie B's Jambalaya caught my eye. Her Southern hospitality is second to none. And!!!! Her Jambalaya was the best I ever had!! The selfish child in me instantly regretted not take the second fork she offered me so that I could share. I wanted that second folk so I could create a shovel to consume it faster! Lol! In the end, It was so much food that it was silly not to share. My family was just as impressed as I was. What a fun venue of food trucks, live music and drinks. There are not a lot of food trucks or crowds and I suppose that was what made us like it all the more. Child friendly and even saw a dog, as well. We were having trouble deciding, then saw the Senor Burritos truck and ordered from there. Hubs had Rolled Tacos and I had the Street Taco Trio. One shrimp taco had a delicious sauce on top of it, one beef and one chicken. Both food selections were great and prices reasonable (all the trucks are reasonable). Brought two home of my trio home to my son and he scarfed them in seconds. I made my may to the Bar and ordered our drinks. Very reasonable. Friendly counter staff. The grounds are nicely landscaped, people friendly, workers asking if they could help in anyway. Musician was great. Relaxing evening and we will be back. We have to. The restaurants were open except for two of them and the one that really wanted to eat at at was the. burrito one. But they closed at 530. This is dinner time. I don't know why they are all closed. The concept is great. A communal food truck area, surrounding a covered seating area where you can buy beer and such and sit inside or at least in the shade. Multiple vendors to choose from. A bar that serves ice cold beer. In theory this should be a hit, but I don't know about anyone else, when I think of street / food truck food, I'm not looking to spend $20 for an order of 'insert name here'. I am not going to single out any one food truck, because they are all extremely overpriced. It is almost 6:00 p.m. and the place is empty. I do like to support local businesses, but I can't support what I can't afford. If my husband and I were to come here for a meal it would be close to $50. For food truck food. Is it gourmet food truck food? Perhaps it is, but this will never be a destination point for anyone with these prices. Quantity quantity quantity. As we entered the food truck area I was Greeted by one of the Food Truck owners "Daniel" of Pappa Aldo Cucina Rustica who was very friendly and helpful with making the right selection from the menu. Finally decided to pay a visit today! It is basically a food truck park with 6 unique trucks (hot dogs, BBQ, Latin, Italian, Gyro, and Japanese) and an indoor bar for drinks and TVs. My waifu and I tried the Gyro (Shami) and Latin (Tambo) for their original lamb/beef gyro ($7.99) and seafood rice ($14.5), respectively. The gyro looks small at first but the pita bread was so soft and hot, the gyro meat was well marinated, and the tzatziki sauce was delicious. The seafood rice was served on an oval stainless steel platter, filled with mussels, clams, calamari, and prawns over a copious amount of rice cooked with some spice similar to turmeric. It was very flavorful (the pickled onion strings were slightly too salty for my taste and one of the mussels did not open). The food, I would say, was restaurant-quality and definitely I will come back and try out other dishes. Besides the food, the park seemed to be own and managed by a family, and the family took care of us nicely: explaining to us about the park and the food, and they actually carried the food to us from the truck to where we sat, at the indoor bar. They had a great selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and a cool little dog park area. We stop by Street Hot Dogs. Jake was fun and very attentive. I got a chili cheese dog and the wife got Frito pie. The food was delicious. The hot dogs bun was toasted to perfection and layered with cheese, chili and more cheese. This place is pretty neat, Lyndleys and la takers are the best ones out there now. Cousins closed up which was sad and the red food truck is never open. Haven't had a chance to try out the Asian food truck, the buns that they use look a little sketchy but I've seen a lot of people try them so they must be good. I wish they would add more food trucks like the waffle bus or something like that. Really nice spot though, especially on a nice day when you can sit outside at the tables and enjoy. We've driven by 403 Eats so many times and have always said we wanted to visit! We finally had the time today for lunch and we are so glad we stopped in! The atmosphere is wonderful. You feel right at home and it's very family friendly- they have toys for kiddos, and even have their sweet dog greeting people who want to cool down in the ac. The owners are so friendly and everyone is so helpful. I got the grilled chicken sandwich from POCKet to me, and it was seriously incredible. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the sandwich was delicious! I also got fries and Mac and cheese bites to share with my son. My husband stopped at Cousin's Maine Lobster and he got the lobster grilled cheese, tots, and clam chowder. The two owners that own the lot were very friendly. My wife got a gyro from the Greek squad which she said was delicious. Kids got chicken strips from "pocket to me" food truck lady was rude and only gave my son 2 ketchup packets he asked for some more she gave him one more. Food options: the trucks rotate on a 3 month contract and this was my first visit so I only ate at one truck: Greek Squad. At this point in time there was a barbecue, lobster rolls, sno cone, a pita pocket and something else. Greek squad food was awesome. Great flavor, it was fresh, hot, cooked just right. Drink: you buy drinks from inside at the bar. They have beer, wine, soft drinks, tea and water. Parking: Smaller parking lot but access to street parking and parking at the neighboring businesses with signage showing you where you could park. So this was not a problem for us.
