He fit me in the next day and looked at it while I was there, made some quick tweaks and said my car was safe to drive and that the problem was one that didn't have to be fixed (and you know how expensive fixing even something minor can be) and sent me on my way. I took the day off of work on a Tuesday to have them installed. It took longer than expected, but I had no where else to go. Tires were mounted , balanced, and installed and I was on my way. The next day I was on the highway and experienced a considerable amount wobble from the tires not being balanced properly. So, I called Monroe. Mike answered and acted annoyed that I was calling. He explained to me that he could not get it in until Friday. I asked what time. To which he said early morning. I asked what time do you open. He said 7:30. So, I said ok I'll be there at 7:30. He rudely responds that I can't come that early. I said ok, well what time works for you. He said between 8 and 8:30. I took more time off of work to return so that they could complete the job they were supposed to do originally. I showed up at 8:15. Mike greets me with his cheerful attitude (being sarcastic - he's always miserable) and asks if I was leaving the vehicle. I said no you told me to come between 8 and 8:30. To which he replies and explains to me that he has 4 vehicles ahead of mine and he could not get it in until noon. So, I left. I returned again at 12 and they balanced the tires and I thought I was done with Monroe. Will not be taking any cars back to this shop ever again. Mike is a miserable, rude person and should not be fielding calls or have any contact with customers.
