I went there approximately one month ago. I haven't had a pedicure in 13 years so I was a bit embarrassed over the condition of my feet. I walk about 6 miles a day so you can imagine.They looked like velociraptor claws with calluses . Went with a friend after the death of my Mom so this was a self care day. We were greeted right away, & even though we walked in, our wait time was minimal (they were pretty busy on a Wednesday morning too. Nancy was my tech. She was very kind and compassionate considering the condition of my feet, not overly chatty which was fine with me. I got the cucumber scrub pedi. She did a beautiful job on my feet. I visit the salon once a month, and have for the last 5 years. You're greeted when you walk in. The man that cleans the foot bowls, hands down is the hardest worker there lol. But overall it's a one stop shop and I can get everything done there. Nails, scalp treatment, wax, facials, brows, lashes and alterations. We went in a group of 4, got pedicures. Only one person in our group had good treatment. The other 3 of us got the worst treatment. They didn't even do a real massage. They did let me just rub lotion on you. I could of done that for free at home. They were super rushed. I don't know why because there was no one else waiting. DEFINITELY not worth the $45 a person. Nancy was so rude when doing my pedicure. I asked for French originally but it was thin n crooked so I asked for her to remove it and change for a solid color. She proceeded to throw the remover on my leg and pull my toes as she barely removed the polish. When I pointed out she wasn't removing it all and asked her to stop she was a bit more gentle. It's been some time since I last visited because I moved out of the city but I decided to get nails done here because I wouldn't have had enough time to drive back to my usual nail place before catching my flight. I arrived pretty excited because they've done a great job on my nails before but today I left very disappointed. The customer service was pretty full on part of the manicurists. The ladies who worked on me hardly talked to me unless they were asking me to move my foot or relax my hand. I asked the lady doing my nails to leave them square round and I have some nails that are and some that are just not. The SNS application seemed pretty rushed because there's cotton wisps and spots of discoloration on my nails. My regular polish on my toes have also already chipped off. It's only been three hours and i've only been driving. 3/5 simply because the ladies who greeted my mother and I were helpful. The ladies who did my mother's nails treated her well and we were also offered water. I will try to take a picture of my nails but it's hard to focus so closely. read more

Then tried them out again today for nails again waited over an hour after owner helped me with color never got taken care of! People came in after me and was taken care of right away... I have never gotten better service at salon before! I got my nails done by Swan and Vu, and an eyebrow wax from Sarah. They pay such amazing attention to detail and really care that you are satisfied with your services. Every time that I have gotten my nails done at previous mail places, I have left feeling okay about it, but still having some things I wished the nail tech had fixed- I did not leave feeling like that at all at 4 Seasons. Also, every time I have gotten my eyebrows waxed, I'm never asked what kind of shape I would like, and only gotten little hairs that were out of place removed. Sarah asked me what kind of shape I would like, and even gave my eyebrows the arch that I have never been able to have before. Definitely recommend coming here!!! Did not enjoy my experience here whatsoever. During the pedicure the lady was so rough, she would kind of like force my foot in and out of the soaker, and dug so deep with the cuticles I bled twice. With my shellac manicure overall I'm happy, but I don't know if they did one too many coats but they're really thick to the point they look bubbly. We go here regularly, my self and all my granddaughters. The staff has always curious and helpful. I think a lot of these other complaining reviews are from neighboring salons, to try and hurt this business. They always greet you as soon as you walk in the door, ask about your needs, and help you find a place. This is a very busy salon, so you can expect to wait sometimes, but they do their best to make you comfortable, and even offer free drinks of water or your preference of beverage. The staff is very attentive to your needs, have always served us with a smile and great service. The management even says goodbye when we are leaving... I've come here before and the service has been spotty and they're very unprofessional to "certain" types of customers. I made an appointment and had to wait an hour while I watched two walk ins get serviced before me, with no indication why. It didn't look like that at all that i picked them off within an hour after spending 130.00 . They also Gave me a bad pedicure that got infected and had to get antibiotics. Walked in with my companion to get 2 pedicures and 1 manicure. Everyone was looking around and no one greeting us or asked if we needed help. After 15 min of standing there, I went over to ask a woman standing by a podium for help. She ignored me and left, I assumed from that point she didn't work there.. Then she came back while on her cell phone to ask if we needed help. At that point we just left. We found another salon right across the way with excellent service.. I went to get my eyelashes done, by Jenny.. she was on her phone the entire time, she asked how I wanted them done I told her the sizes I wanted, I'm assuming she was too busy talking on the phone to pay attention to hear what I wanted... If I could give a neg star I would, I paid 100$ to get a facial,what I got was a person clearly not professionally trained and or schooling, I asked the girl doing the facial were she went to school she could not understand me so. I have been getting SNS every few weeks from 4 Seasons Spa since January. After my experience today, I will not be returning. This morning, I went to 4 Seasons to get my nails done, and the color they came out was not the color I picked. I was never asked if I liked my nails.. I drove 30 minutes back to the salon this afternoon because the color was so off from what I wanted. I was forced to wait an hour and a half before the same tech from this morning came to redo my nails. I watched over 6 people who walked in after me get their nails done before me. The acetone that stayed on my nails for 40 minutes broke one nail clean off. The tech was obviously angry and very rude the entire time. I have cuts on every single finger because of how rough he was. He had to clean multiple of my fingers because of the blood before he could continue. When he was finished, he rudely walked away without saying anything. i've been coming here from a while now because my mom and she is good with the old owner. they have a new owner and it's not all the same as it used to be. my mother has an ingrown toe nail and one of the ladies that she always request is really good. though they have a select few of good workers, some of them could care less how great they did. i would not recommend if you are looking for a good nail job. they give good pedicures but the acrylic nails aren't the greatest. i did have a couple bad experiences but if it makes my mom happy to come here then ill go to make her happy. though she wants to switch salons, she is waiting until her toe heals. read more
