It's been some time since I last visited because I moved out of the city but I decided to get nails…read moredone here because I wouldn't have had enough time to drive back to my usual nail place before catching my flight. I arrived pretty excited because they've done a great job on my nails before but today I left very disappointed. The customer service was pretty full on part of the manicurists. The ladies who worked on me hardly talked to me unless they were asking me to move my foot or relax my hand. I asked the lady doing my nails to leave them square round and I have some nails that are and some that are just not. The SNS application seemed pretty rushed because there's cotton wisps and spots of discoloration on my nails. My regular polish on my toes have also already chipped off. It's only been three hours and i've only been driving. 3/5 simply because the ladies who greeted my mother and I were helpful. The ladies who did my mother's nails treated her well and we were also offered water. I will try to take a picture of my nails but it's hard to focus so closely.

Someone got back to me promptly and suggested I see Cagney. I was able to book with Cagney for the next day via their website which was very easy to use. Upon arrival I was impressed by the building itself which was a modern, clean and bright space that had multiple businesses inside and clear signage so I found Houma Massage very easily. The ambiance of the Houma Massage was very relaxing with dim lighting and lovely music playing. Cagney was incredible as she listened to my complaints about pain on the left side of my neck and shoulder. I got a 90 minute massage and after felt significantly better, which I've never experienced before. She let me know that she worked out a lot of the knots in the areas with pain and that the rest should undo themselves. The next day I felt 100% better which was really mind blowing. I've gotten tens of massages and I've never felt immediate relief before. Cagney really spent her time on the area and I'm very grateful. I would definitely recommend Houma Massage and am looking forward to my next massage with them! According to their website they also do the new head spas so I'd love to try that next time too!
