The dip nails and color choices are excellent! very friendly and talented techs. However the salon owner suddenly decided to charge extra to remove polish. no warning, just an added charge on the bill. Had they cared at all they would have let people know before the fact, not after. read more

Visiting Houma for a convention and needed a pedicure. Was questioning my decision to get them done in a small town but I ended up finding a jewel. This place was conveniently across from my hotel and their entire setup is killer. The manicure/nail stations are setup like a bar and the pedi stations are two long sofas. They hv hostesses that handle your care until your tech shows up. The prices are very reasonable for the work they do. Next time I'm out here, I will mk sure I visit again. read more

I hadn't had a pedicure in about 6 months so needless to say, I needed one badly! I got there at 915, shortly after they opened. It was a Wed morning & I figured it would be quiet (which I wanted) & it was. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Inside it is decorated beautifully & its very clean. I signed my name on the clipboard & chose my color. A minute later, one of the guys behind the nail bar told me they were ready when I was & he politely pointed to where I needed to go. I asked for the restroom & it too was very clean & decorated nicely. Directly across from the bathroom is their storage room. The door was open & I could see it appeared organized & clean as well. I walked into the pedicure room & was pleasantly surprised by their set up. They don't have the same ole chairs you see in every other nail salon. There is continuous bench seating on the side walls, which was very comfortable. Especially with the small pillow that you can place where you want it to support your back. There is a remote for massage & heat as well. Usually I always get the name of the person doing my pedicure (or any service I'm paying good money for) & somehow I totally forgot this time. He asked if I knew which pedicure I wanted, which I didnt. He handed me a spiral notebook type menu with laminated pages. It has a detailed description of all their services. I chose the Platinum pedicure for 2 reasons. I wanted to relax for as long as I could lol and I wanted to get a true feel for their services since I intended to do this review. He put orange & lemon slices in the water while he gathered the other items he needed. There were so many steps to the Platinum pedicure that I lost track! He opened a small jar of lotion that is yours to keep once he is done. He was nice & didn't force conversation. I can't stand when people do that. He was laid back & pleasant. This review is already so long but let me just say I was beyond pleased & would absolutely go back. Everyone was really nice. Neo Nails has been open for almost 3 years, I can't believe they didn't have any reviews on Yelp at all. I chose to come here after seeing a friend's snapchat post & I'm glad I did! read more

This place is great! Everyone is really friendly and does a great job! I only ever get pedicures, and very rarely at that, only if my mom needs a "daughter day" as she calls it. Today we went and they apparently have a new hair stylist! She was trying to convince me to get my color re done (it needs it) because her color service is half off right now! When I came in I was welcome with a small and asked what I needed. I was brought back fairly quickly. I was expecting to wait because I walked in on a Saturday morning...lol. This place was super clean and fully staffed. My nail tech Trina was great!! She took very good care of my nails. This was my first time getting SNS so I was anxious. It turned out great. Worst pedicure service I have ever had. We had to wait more than 30 minutes with our feet in the water before anyone even came over to us. The staff was extremely rude and did not seem to want to want to make this an even slightly pleasurable experience. I needed a nail repair and had to wait about 20 minutes before anyone would come and ask me what I wanted and then told me they didn't want to do it. After all of this, they still wanted to do it the wrong way. Again, they were very rude this whole time to where other customers sitting close by had strange looks on their faces and voiced the same concerns to me. Nobody had any idea on what they were doing and the service was poor. Definitely will not be going back. As well as advising anyone to never go their too. read more

I've been going to this place on and off for a year to get my eyebrows waxed. They have a new woman who does it. Every time I go in she waxed only the bottom part of my brows. There's always blotches of hair on the sides and I always have to ask her to do the tops and even when I tell her to do the top the only does half of the tops. It's strange!!! She puts the lotion on after so I can't tell. Now a day later, they don't look good, there are hairs going in every direction (for the third time in a row). When I'm in her room she's overselling EVERY service the salon has and then asks me to pay her cash and somewhat hassles me if I don't. The rest of the salon is great though. Several different people did my nails & I asked for coffin shape and got an ugly weird looking shape. I showed them a picture of how I wanted my nails, the Tech for pissy with me and called the cops. He was really rough when polishing my nails also. I had white polish (gel) and it was really runny and all over. I knew it wasnt right, I only got a refill & he charged md $55. Then called the cops when I told him that was say to much just for a REFILL W| GEL POLISH. Mind you I usually pay $30 for this at my other nail tech. Only went here because He was out of own.
