The first day at the class the trainer insulted my dog and called her a half breed. She was a registered AKC border collie but because she didn't look like a CKC England border collie which is bred for looks, she automatically assumed she was a half breed. She then proceeded to tell me all the basic, intermediate, and advanced clicker training was crap and I had to retake her basic obedience course. I happen to like Karen Pryor clicker training and considering I got my dog at 5 months with no training, I thought she was doing incredibly well only 3 months later. - 1 star for BAD customer service
However, the agility training was excellent. Demostrations were done with other owners dogs, there was a nice mix of new and experienced dogs, the line up was always moving, the trainer critiqued each dog and owner individually. In all it was very well done. Fees are comparible to other training classes. - 5 stars for EXCELLENT TRAINING
