My wife and I have known Steve for a few years now. 3 of our daughters dogs have been trained at…read moreSit Means Sit in Kennewick. Over the years, Steve has really grown his business, adding more trainers and a nice, large new space adjacent to their original location. Based on our experience, they have grown because they do a great job. Steve and all of the trainers obviously care about their customers dogs and providing a very high level of customer service. We recently started taking our own new pup to Sit Means Sit and have had an amazing experience. They encourage questions, and give thorough, well thought out answers. They make it very clear that they want your dog to succeed, and be a confident, well-behaved part of your family. The facility is extremely nice, and everything about the training is fun for the dogs and their owners. Having a well behaved dog is a joy. I highly recommend Sit Means Sit in Kennewick to anyone, regardless of the age of your dog. Take advantage of their free consultation and see for yourself.

Even passing a fenced yard with a dog in the back was horrible. After 3 weeks with Sit Means Sit I was able to start walking him around the neighborhood. No more pulling! We have been in the program for 5 weeks now and it's been a life saver! Dakota was our day train trainer and he did amazing work with Max! Thank you Sit Means Sit!

Paws To Play

Paws To Play

I love this place!…read more People that are disappointed and rating Paws To Play poorly, don't understand the big picture. My dogs love going to daycare. They love Al and think that being able to mingle the other dogs is awesome. The daycare does have a routine which they need. It is structured to give all the dogs the best care available. Dogs get to meet and greet the others in a safe way, play as a group while being overseen by the staff and down time when they are ready for a nap. Al and his Staff do a great job. The Staff has to learn about each of the dogs, their likes and dislikes and how to best meet their needs. You try and do that with 20 people or more and I bet you'd fail, and people can talk! Al takes pride in what he does and is completely professional. He is dedicated and is easy to talk to. He will give you suggestions for your dog, only to help you. Sometimes people need to be schooled and not the dog. Dogs are simple and only required a few things, people are complicated. I have learned a lot from Al. He has an excellent Training Course that I would recommend everyone take. If you love your dog, you'll take the time to understand him/her. Anything worth your love takes time, give the time to your dog(s). You'll get the love back 10 fold.

Love, love, love Paws to Play and staff. The staff are wonderful and my dogs love going. Under Ami,…read morethe staff make my dogs feel safe and relaxed. My one pup, little (very little) was a rescue and had lots of anxiety about new things. She literally jumps into their arms when we take her. The big dog, very big, started going to daycare as a 6 month old. She grew up at paws to play and had her share of accidents...she was a goofy pup that ran into things when she played. The staff took such good care of her and helped her grow into a well behaved, loving adult dog. Since we work at home, Paws to Play has allowed us to work and keep the doggies happy and exercised! THANK YOU!

Since this was only our second visit, they didn't know our grooming preferences, so I had to ask to have his tail shortened a bit more. They happily complied. Highly recommended!

I kept telling her it wasn't working then she switched my email kept trying to do it over and over again. My toddler was getting really upset. I was getting stressed out. She called the manager over to help the manager was like well. I guess I can take off the toy from your order no apology no sorry that's quite a hassle or anything. Probably the worst PetSmart I've ever been to in Washington state will not go back and will also be calling corporate today. During the time of me stressfully sitting there trying to do all of this my toddler broke off something in the stroller because she was melting down adding to the stress. So I got a free dog toy and instead have to buy a $30 snack tray now for my stroller all because I didn't just check out and go to my car. Do not download their app and do not shop here if you're a mom. We were a frequent grooming and food customer. But my sanity is not worth shopping somewhere with a rude manager and stressful environment.
