It took forever to grow her out when we did we took her here and she worked *magic*. Duchess looks gorgeous! She took care to shape her face and give her a cute ponytail. She did the puppy's first cut and got her tangles out. 2nd appointment was yesterday and I was so surprised to see the girls. This was supposed to be a quick, 30-minute visit. Instead, it turned into an agonizing 6.5-hour ordeal. To make matters worse, after keeping my cat for most of the workday, they had the nerve to try and charge me for boarding. When I called to check on the status of my cat and find out when I could pick him up, the receptionist, Lisa, was incredibly rude and completely unhelpful. She told me she would speak with the doctor and call me back, but a call never came. I guess she was too busy playing with her puppy to do her job. Don't waste your money here.

They didn't try and upsell me on anything they just did what they could to help me and help my cat. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys

We ended up purchasing some sticks, chews and extra goodies for her. Check out took longer than I thought but the employee, who was not at all what I was expecting in an establishment like this, was a nice man and the whole atmosphere was laid back and friendly. There was so much cute stuff here I had to force myself to stop taking pictures for this Yelp! This is definitely the place to stop if you want to spoil your pup just be careful because it would be super easy to go overboard spending here!
