First the most disappointing is customer service. I had to wait forever to order some coffee while a gentleman saw me but totally ignored me staying and waiting to order. I was really pissed off (and I was not able to order it because he never showed up). Secondary, they have the worst hot chocolate I have ever tried in my life. It seems to be extremely diluted with a tap water. To pay $2 for the drink you cannot handle to drink is unreasonable.The best hot chocolate in my preference is at Bill Gray's rink so far. And there is not so much space by the glass to watch the game. I was not able to squeeze to the glass so I could see anything. However, my son went to their hockey camp, and it was pretty good. My son really liked it. They had a lot of ice (3 times a day) and dry land which was 2 times a day. When I picked up my son after his first day of camp, he was so excited and happy, and he said he wanted to live there. :)

There are lovely outdoor areas, as well as an outdoor pool and, I believe, tennis and pickleball courts. The staff was professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. The food was delicious and well prepared. Another plus is the convenient on-site parking. Paul Richards, the owner, suddenly doesn't have enough equipment to run our race. He tried to blame it on the fact that our school wanted a copy of his liability insurance. He said he doesn't carry liability, so we got vendor coverage for him (at our cost)! Then he had to come clean and admit that he doesn't have the equipment to time our race. "Sorry for the inconvenience." Inconvenience? What about the cost to us? And the limited time to find another timing company? When I had originally asked for a contract and to give him a deposit, his response was that he doesn't need one - his email is his contract. Ha!! If you are running a race in Rochester, be aware that PCR has poor business practices AND no liability insurance!

The website is misleading and lacks transparency about billing expectations. When I raised concerns, the manager showed no understanding. I would strongly recommend that parents carefully review all terms before allowing a teen to sign up and closely monitor billing afterward.

Complete disregard for athlete wellness by squeezing customers for money during busy tournaments where they have dirty bathrooms, drinking fountains that don't work, and an understaffed and poorly stocked "cafe" that No outside food or drink allowed at massive tournaments. We have been to lots of sporting events at many facilities for many years and this facility is easily the worst in regards to customer care . I do not recommend that any community sports group use them and it looks like none have - they have all fled . Really sad that that this business which was given a town tax break and opened with a promise for an entire campus for community athletics never was properly developed and has now become an empty waste.

Glacier Ridge is the home of the Lancers. And they are involved in multiple sporting events. Soccer, Lacrosse Field Hockey, Softball and Flag Foot Ball. Just recently Mr. Miller started expanding land he owned behind the building for a soccer field.
