The Best Staging in Austin! I called Jackie and 5 days…read morelater my house was staged. I wanted to list asap and she managed to squeeze me in between other clients. I told her the look I was going for and she delivered way above my expectations. My house was absolutely stunning. Her advise on which rooms to stage and which to leave empty was spot on. She adds so many extra details to each room that other stagers just don't do. Staging a house makes ALL the difference when selling a home. Jackie is much more than a home stager, she is clearly a professional interior designer. And Jaya Home staging is the only stager I'll ever use in Austin.

She came to the house while we were still packing and it was full of boxes and clutter. It was really hard to even imagine how we could make it look perfect for appealing to buyers at first sight. Beth's talented designer eyes saw the possibilities in the first 5 minutes. She walked through the house letting us know what furniture and accessories to keep and what to pack away. Then, she recommended a color palette that blended perfectly with the interior of the house and even the outdoor views from our living room windows. On staging day, it was like Beth came in with a magic wand. I also didn't want to have to "stage my home". Fast forward to Minol. What a great job Minol did of showing me how to downsize the furniture in my living room and bedrooms to show them off. I was kicking and screaming at the thought of changing things around because it was a lot to do, but our house sold with the first person to look at it. Now that we are moved and are looking for a new home I am amazed at how hard it is to really "see" the houses on the MLS through all of the owners "things". I get so frustrated that many times I pass up on a beautiful home because it is too hard to envision myself with all their things cluttering up the rooms. I am am forever grateful that Minol showed me how less is more. Thank you Minol

If you order ahead of time, you will have a great selection, so jump as soon as you have your date nailed down! The person I worked with on the order was mostly helpful, but did not answer one specific question that I kept asking about matching items. The delivery men were really nice. They brought the items to the two different locations inside our office as we requested. I was disappointed that the tables were FAR more used than the pictures appeared. We were so disappointed in them that we didn't even use them, but we did not have time to call to get alternatives (and I doubt there were any at that point anyway). I was shocked to find that they wanted to pick up the items that we rented pretty much the minute our event ended. We obliged since we figured that would help get the crowd moving and realize that the party was over. Again, the gentlemen were kind in the process. We ended up using two companies and I will say that the items from both were more "tired" than expected, so I think they should let clients know that ahead of time. Update: I was given a refund on the tables we were unable to use, which tells me that they care about customer service.
