Here is my response to him. I won't be bashed about telling the truth. This is clearly an example of bad customer service. Have no problem paying for services rendered. Have no problem paying the service fee. Only have a problem paying for the attitude that was exhibited. Yes I do know what overhead costs and you are justified in charging a service call. This was a stop made between calls. We were told that you could easily stop by on your current route to check it out. You got an extra bonus here. I also know when a service person takes advantage. This is one of those cases. Of course this is all our own opinions. I will still never recommend or use you again.

I…read morecalled Super Fast Electric for a outlet installation and they booked an electrician to come out as soon as possible. However, they didn't tell they were going to send me the best one on the roster! Steven showed up in one of the worst Florida storms with a giant smile on his face. On top of asking me about the details of the job, he did his due diligence of checking the wiring around the house and circuit breaker. I lucky had a squeaky clean one so he was able to go ahead with the estimates of the job. I don't know if it was just an amazing procedure that Super Fast Electric implements or it was a "Steven original," but he provided three different estimates based on the conversations we had. I don't have a job quality review yet, because it hasn't been completed, but I will update the post in the future, with the results. If it goes well, I'm glad I can skip calling around first and go straight to them!
