They double billed my fees that were on auto pay. When I brought the over billing to their attention (via email) there were no apologies. They suggested that that the fees were something I did. I had to ask that overpayment be refunded. They said they would reverse the charges, but that did not happen. I have removed all credit card information from them because I find them untrustworthy. They are responsible for keeping transparency of HOA funds. There should be access to reports and balance sheet. The portal only provides my name and address. Our board struggles with them. They are slow to provide information that by law should be available. I don't understand why they are so bad.

Jared, the owner always answered the phone and very hard working person that will go above and beyond to solve a problem. He " took me by the hand" to direct me how to open the owner portal that I couldn't get it to open with many times of changing password etc, and he had so much patience and kindness that I was impressed! When he came to my condo, he asked me if I need any thing else before he left, and that was very thoughtful of him to even ask. I had a serious issue with water intrusion from the upper unit that caused so much damages to my property including mold, that he was very transparent and offered his license contractor after 5 high estimates that I had, to fix the damages in very reasonable price. He came to check the results after he finished and made sure that it will be satisfactory. He shared his knowledge and guided me through the whole stressful process. Even on Saturday he picked up the phone and helped me with very delicate situation that I wasn't sure how to handle. His assistant Gabriella also very kind and responsive and has a lot of patience dealing with very flaky tenants some times that will not fallow up to view the property. She'll go the extra mile just to accommodate the client and I was very appreciative of the way she fallow through her promise. Which was beyond my expectation. This team: Jared and Gabriella, are the absolute best management property that you can count on to deliver results of good tenants and timely response and hard work that they'll not try to put off even in the weekends. They definitely earned from me 10 stars if I could give them here without a doubt! I highly recommend them for your management property with all my heart!

Therefore, I knew I needed a property management company to handle those unique set of challenges in my absence. I had researched many properties management companies online in the Fort Lauderdale area. I happened to come across Icon Realty Management and Brokerage. After reading the great reviews and my conversation with Ben and finally meeting him at the property. I decided to have them manage my property. Within 2 days of Icon Realty having the property in their listings, it was rented on day 2 (two). Ben, At Icon Realty has truly been professional and responsive thought the whole process. I highly recommend Ben from Icon Management for anyone looking for a Management and Brokerage firm. DM Celebration, FL

I waited 30 Days to post this review to give Benjamin the benefit of the doubt, to give him a…read morechance to prove his word as a property management company but here is the proof that he is a SCAM artist. I believe that Icon Realty was involved in hacking my bank account. I leased an apartment in the heart of las olas/Fort Lauderdale from December 2016, from Atlantic loft llc. I agreed to pay a 2 month security deposit of $2400 as well as first, last and security (pretty standard) got my key, etcétera. After 2 different companies handling our property, ICON Realty came in January 2020 and revamped property by implementing a ***online payment service ***** aka , a way to get into your bank account. I questioned who this is and why I had to use this system to pay, not only to be replied with "It is our new system and you have to use it, you must pay rent this way or consult your attorney" As I went ahead and used it but decided to not renew my upcoming ending lease of 3/30/20. I emailed, texted and explain that I would not be renewing the lease because not only I don't trust the payment system, I had a very difficult time communicating with Benjamin (who by the way runs the whole thing). He ignored all my calls and the ones he replied, he did very rudely. I promptly moved out on schedule and handed him the keys along with my original lease agreement. He took the keys and said that He did not have a refund and I would need to wait 30 days to receive one on the mail. Now 30 days later. My bank account has been HACKED and bank investigated the multiple charges leading back to that January rent payment. I have been getting random withdrawals from different wiring entities totaling over 1k so far. Due to covid19, I can not yet file a claim in court. And the reason I am writing this is to WARN tenants and landlords about companies like this! I am attaching the refund check I just received. What a joke! See you in court.

I currently reside in the West Coast, which makes it so hard to upkeep your Miami rental in all aspects. One needs a trustworthy, communicative and responsible person and Mr. Rodriguez was it! and after years of renting my property with a different Agent I realized I was the one attempting to do all the management work on my own, affecting my piece of mind, my personal time and my pocket! My property was a mess, not taken care of; I was not well advised and it was not rented at the price/ potential it had. In return, my tenants well not well served increasing turnover (=more work and less earnings ). Within a month of signing a contract with Mr. Rodriguez, my 6+ months empty property was finally fixed, and well rented. I went Mr. Rodriguez not only because his charges and fees were one of the most fair and competitive, but from the get go he offered solutions, listening, great advise and materialized his words with very prompt tangible actions. You can tell he knows very well his industry and market, and one doesn't need to direct anything. Such a relief! He's extremely professional, easy to reach and talk to; well organized with a portal you can clearly see a report of you income vs expenses; tools that ease the communication gap the occurs in distance and different time zones...Moreover, he truly cares to earn and keep your trust with small everyday actions, and I bet he does the same with the tenants, representing you well. I am very grateful that I've found him/ his company. Huge thank you to Carlos for EVERYTHING!
