This is my condo management company. They do not answer the phone, nor do they return phone calls. If an email is sent they may respond a week later. They double billed my fees that were on auto pay. When I brought the over billing to their attention (via email) there were no apologies. They suggested that that the fees were something I did. I had to ask that overpayment be refunded. They said they would reverse the charges, but that did not happen. I have removed all credit card information from them because I find them untrustworthy. They are responsible for keeping transparency of HOA funds. There should be access to reports and balance sheet. The portal only provides my name and address. Our board struggles with them. They are slow to provide information that by law should be available. I don't understand why they are so bad. read more

Thank you Jose for your response. I do have access to the online portal, which is why i know the financials are not updated. i have attempted to communicate with your team through the portal as well with no luck. I have also attempted many times to get in touch with someone via phone with no success either, it is almost near impossible to get a response. I have checked once again and there are no updates to the financials as of today 06/26/23. In the image i am attaching I show all the documents that are available online as of today and their dates. Also, all P&L activity stopped in July of 2022. I don't disagree that there are no adequate facilities to hold a meeting indoors, however the fact that no one from the management group was on site for this emergency meeting shows disrespect to the unit owners that showed up to the meeting. As well as the zoom call that had no chat or voice availability shows lack of support to those who wanted to speak up. The customer service we have received in the past from your team is less than what is expected from someone with little to no knowledge of the business. We pay for a service and the output received is as if we were getting it for free. read more

Sixth request for the owner to contact me. I have emailed ELEVEN times in the last three weeks and still no response. Three emails to Maria, two emails to Jose, SIX requests on this site. I also stopped at the mobile unit twice and STILL no response from PR Management. I spoke to Milena who assured me that THEIR boss would contact me. Typical for PR Management, that did not happen. I will email every single day until I receive a phone call. I am updating the master board at Towngate as to the lack of communication of PR Management. This is unacceptable. Each day I will update my post/review on Facebook, Next-door app, Yelp and Google. Certainly looks like it was a mistake switching management companies, according to all of the reviews on social media. read more

I don't use to write reviews. But, I found some people wrote bad reviews on matters that, obviously, the management companies are not intended to solve. I live in a condo association (Chateaubleau Villas at Midway) that has been working with PR Management Solutions for seven (7) years. Many many owners in my condo have the same opinion. I could not assure it is the best in Miami, but at least, compared to the previous ones we had, it is the best. It works perfect for us. Please note that Management Companies are contracted to process payments, keep records, and contact companies to work in the properties as PER BOARD OF DIRECTORS' REQUEST. If there are unsolved problems in the properties, they are the Board of Directors fault, not the Management Company. If the Board of Directors doesn't do its work, change it, as we did. read more

Worst people ever and corrupt crooks! They claimed that they had not received our payments for 11 months. We found out from a letter from their lawyer . Now, correct me if I am wrong, but isn't common practice that if a company does not receive a maintenance payment from one month late a notice is sent to the owner of the unit? Well, they were receiving the checks and not cashing them so that they could pull this scam. We asked for proof, and why they were not cashing the checks and they never had an answer. The accounting was completely wrong of the amount they claimed that we owed and they never did anything to help us, or to come to an agreement so that we could pay them back. They are petty and crooks and please if you have any dealings with any of these people be very careful because they will steal your socks without taking off your shoes. Horrible, and extremely unethical! read more

I would give it 0 stars if it let me.. this people are the worst management group to ever exist, managed by crooks, they just imposed themselves as the new management group without the residents agreement. This new years was the worst for our family because i couldnt stay with my mother because they are not allowing visitors to stay past 11pm (the managers wife that doesnt even belong to the committee calls towing companies to tow cars). I cannot park in my mothers parking space because they will tow my car (what the hell is that). Also, the imposed "manager" Julio Robaina is extremely offensive, disrespectful. They even had the audacity to respond to my comment.. so i posted this. 01/15/20- Wow, you are so cynical to even respond to my review... i am not going through a difficult time, dont try to turn this.. you are making the owners miserable with your actions. The prior management was way better.. you dont even live in the condo thats why you do not care what happens there. I bet you that you would fire yourself if you do. Why cant visitors stay all night if they wish?? Who are you to say that i cannot have visitors in MY HOUSE?? What are VISITORS parking for?? read more

DEPLORABLE customer service!!! the owner doesn't care, Julio just makes excuses for the crappy staff he employs.

I do not get surprised when reading the ugly and bad reviews about this "self denominated" management company. They are absolutely unresponsive. PR Management Solutions NEVER answers the phone or emails. I wonder how his owner Jose Pazos is still doing business. He must be suspended or his licensed canceled by the DBPR. They are really dangerous for the public. Stay away from PR Management Solutions read more

I have been trying to request an Estoppel for a closing for more than two weeks and NO ONE responds to the phone. Worst Company ever. Terrible customer service. read more

It is 2 years later, and these crooks still have not done anything about the water coming in. My attorney has filed several complaints against the association and included Pazos Robaina in the complaint language where they told me to "call off the city inspector" and they would work with me read more

PR Management Solutions has wonderful customer service, in particular from Stephana. I was able to get my issues resolved promptly. She was very understanding & nice. read more

Absolute JOKE of a "company." They don't respond to emails or calls, and only contact you when they are looking for money. They make everything up as they go. They have no clue what they are doing. How does a company like this actually stay in business?! I have tried contacting them via email and phone maybe 25 times (or more) in the past month and have heard nothing back. The person answering the phone just hung up on me which is why I am leaving this review, haha read more

Really rude. This lady Ilda always talks us like we are a problem for her. Once she asked to my mom if she was stupid, and said that my mom dis not finish school. In addition, the building is always dirty, the pool sometimes is green and the Beautiful chairs they bought are always dirty. They should keep an eye on their company read more

I send a check to this association by certified mail, I'm still waiting for the return card. I'm calling the post office. These guys SHOULD received my check already. read more

I would put zero stars if I could! Worst association I ever dealt with! Makes changes without notifying the residents.

From the renter's perspective, they are the worst association. They never answer the phone, they have horrible communication with tenants, and the properties are disgusting. Do not move into one of their managed properties. read more

The worst association I have ever seen!! How does something like this stay in business??!! Threatening to tow my vehicle if I don't acquire a parking decal under office hours while I work! I mean seriously , how am I suppose to get a decal if you open on weekends or past 5pm?! Don't you know the small people work and can't afford to take time off over a Decal?! That's why it would be smart to have a representative or someone help out the neighborhood! read more

II have been living at La Laguna Club cond for more than 12 years peacefully, since last year when the association was change the President who is Ricardo Gomez and the management who is Pazos Robaina this condo turned to a lot of problems, my friends be careful about those guys they are extremely incompetent I gave them 000000 read more

Worst unprofessional place. I lived at captiva lakes in kendall and had to go through there agency for everything. After I received my parking pass from them my car was towed 3 times and was informed I cannot have an out of state plate until after I moved in. I would give them a zero if I could. As owners we pay them to manage our building and answer our concerns. But, they do not answer their phones and they don't have a good email address. To me this is all a scam. read more

Pazos & Robaina is a disgrace. Someone said crooks and bullies. I agree. They try to intimidate, silence and threat with a lawsuit someone asking legitimate questions about a property they manage. The building looks abandoned. Torn canopies for years. The elevator door all scratch and they don't paint. They inside of the elevators absolutely disgusting. However, there is a sign at the entrance that ironically says "Professionally Managed by Pazos and Robaina" They charged me $450 dollars to fill out a form for refinancing. No wonder The Miami Herald wrote an article about Condo rip offs and they mention Pazos & Robaina as one of the companies in question. read more

We own several properties in the Miami area. Of all the management companies that we have dealt with in the last decade, Pazos, Robaina & Zapata Management Group certainly has to be the worst. Unresponsive and often outright dishonest, they allow the properties they manage to deteriorate into derelict conditions and then attempt to pass the buck when something goes wrong in the hopes that owners and their tenants will simply go away. More than once during our phone conversations Pazos, Robaina & Zapata Management Group the partners - particularly Jose M. Pazos - have been borderline abusive and threatening when reminded of their duties as a management company. As a result of our experience, we will soon be selling our unit so as not to have to deal with them anymore. I feel truly sorry for anyone who gets involved with these extremely shady businessmen. read more

Two months ago we need turn off the water to change the valve under the sink. The handyman called the associate on site. He got the help right away. Last week there was a parking decal issue. I called two of their associates Maria and Aileen. They were polite, patient. They cannot help me but gave me the owner Jose's contact. I emailed Jose, and he answered right away! We have few more emails back and forth. I feel if I need help I can get the help from the management company. read more

They manage the building in which I live. They are unprofessional and mistreat the elderly tenants. They are condescending, arrogant, liars who were legislators who wrote condominium law. They left Tallahassee and started a property management business (how convenient) and now they make it a practice to rip the people off who live in the buildings because they know the law, use shady lawyers, and threaten the owners. They have been nothing but trouble since they were hired and everyone in the building wants to get rid of them but are afraid to speak up for fear of retaliation. They are THUGS! The link below is only one of the articles that shines a huge light of question on their willingness to be dishonest. The Association is stuck with them because the previous board chose them. PLEASE READ. Ask yourself, Why would a federal prison employee lie about his title, claim to be a city inspector, and just send an email to Pazos and Robaina out of the blue claiming that a property had violoations, if they never met and didn't plan this together? PLEASE READ! http://miami.cbslocal.com/2014/08/21/exclusive-miami-fire-dept-calls-out-federal-employee-posing-as-a-city-employee/ THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST. read more

These guys are huge crooks and bullies. They were even fired as our association management companies because of their shady work (including major work that was paid by owners that was never performed by third parties in at least a couple of occasions). My worst experience with them was when supposedly they claimed that I had never paid for the HOA. What was extremely disappointing and frustrating was that as a responsible owner of a unit, I called them and emailed them several times during the year to confirm that all my accounts were up to date and I have proof of their confirmations that it was all current. However, 11 months into the year they had the immorality and unprofessional behavior to send me a notice through a lawyer that stated I had a balance of almost $900 of which only like $150 was due to the HOA and the rest was due to penalties and lawyer fees. While they managed the regular association and the HOA and the fact that I followed up with them and asked through email whether "all my accounts were up to date", they just claimed that there were two different associations. How inconsiderate and irresponsible of their part. read more

All this you guys are doing won't be good for your politic career. the other owner, Robaina is the one That is always threatening the recidents. If you get a warning in your car, the security guard writes down a number for you to call, and guess what,it's Robaina's number. They keep on writing here that they have nothing to do with parking, but that's bs. I have pic of my neighbors car with a warning with his number. He call the residents and threaten them, saying Iam the ONE who did the condominium laws. Yes he is a legislator Mr. Robaina, who takes advantage of hard working ppl and always act in retaliation. Many owners have recordings of this PUBLIC SERVANT,treating the recidents very nasty, They are extortionists with a tie. I wanted to give them a good review because they do try to resolve issues but they are just like all associations that are always trying to scam additional money from their members. Why is it that when your dues are late they NEVER send a late notice and nail you with attorney fees $375 the moment you are overdue. Only attorneys would steal money from people that way, I am sorry that I get behind on occasion but an email reminder would be enough to make me pay immediately. To charge late fees and attorney fees to send a letter is despicable in this age of simple communication. I can't wait to move and NEVER live under an association again! THIEVES!! read more
