It's labeled as luxury, but the cleanliness, professionalism, and luxury end after the lobby. To summarize, staff is sexist, racist, and dismissive. The property is underwhelming and dirty. No new appliances. As far as the physical building, the front gate is broken every other week, leading the apartment to open the back gate which allows anyone in without a key (completely erasing the security of the building). I've attached pictures of pet waste and human trash left in the common areas of the apartment for reference. Please note, I took these pictures several days after first seeing the waste but management didn't care to send maintenance to clean. As far as the professionalism, the staff is not available to help with any true tenant matters such as the resident app not working or tenants harassing other tenants. I've experienced both issues numerous times, and it was left to me to find where the tenant lived and confront them on their behavior. There is no consistency on when rent is taken from your account DESPITE using auto-pay. Most times, rent is pulled from our account 12-14 days after the due date. There are plenty of true luxury apartments in Phoenix, please look for others and avoid the mess. Especially as a woman, I do not feel safe here because of the staff's negligence.

I was delivering groceries to a disabled resident living in an ADA-accessible apartment during the evening after the leasing office had already closed. The resident instructed me to park in the "Future Resident" parking area because nearby street parking was completely full and there appeared to be no reasonable guest parking available. I was away from my vehicle only long enough to walk from the keypad entrance, through the property, up the elevator, and deliver three bags of groceries to the resident on the second floor. By the time I returned, my car was already hooked up to a tow truck. When I ran over to explain the situation, I was told I had to immediately pay $100 or my car would be taken to the tow yard. I explained I was assisting a disabled resident and had only been gone for a few minutes, but there was no flexibility or warning given. The signage regarding towing was not clearly visible when entering the property at night, especially compared to the much brighter and more noticeable leasing office signage. The leasing office was closed at the time, and there did not appear to be adequate parking for the size of the community. It honestly felt like tow trucks actively monitor the area waiting for someone to park briefly. In addition, the hallways had a strong odor of animal urine during my visit. I encourage future residents and visitors to be extremely cautious about parking policies here and to fully understand where guests are allowed to park before stopping, even briefly.

Location: It is a bit ghetto but still centrally located…read more Apartments: The normal 1 bedroom and multi-bedroom units are pretty standard however, the upgraded one bedroom is quite nice with a unique floor plan that I liked very much. The bedroom is tucked nicely away down a hallway from the main living area. The patio is accessible from both the bedroom and main living area. The kitchen is centrally located. The in unit washer and dryer are located right next to the spacious closet. I cannot comment on the other units but the one bedroom upgraded apartment is great. Neighbors: Neither great nor terrible in the nicer part of the apartments. It is my opinion that single people with good incomes are placed in one part of the apartments and people with children or bad incomes are placed in another but I cant say for sure it just seemed that way to me. So if you were in the nicer part the neighbors were ok. If you were in the not so nice part then the neighbors were a bit much. Parking: One reserved spot but the not reserved spots are tiny and there are not enough. Have to buy your own clicker for the gate that encloses the community and it is usually in disrepair. Amenities: Pool, hot tub, free gym (Pool is in ok shape) Management: This is where these apartments fail. The management is very friendly when you sign up but once you are in they treat you like just another apartment number. I was referred when I moved in and then they tried not to pay the referral. I fought with them for a couple weeks and they eventually paid it. My cousin lived here for years and was well aware when monthly rent was greatly reduced for new residents but they would not give him the same deal when his lease was up. All in all it is ok because of the bad management, good single upgrade apartment layout, central location but bad neighborhood.

The apartment homes are solidly built, low rises with pretty views and sometimes courtyards out the front. The clubhouse is really great. 24/7 gym, pool and real pool tables. The apartments are secure in separate enclosed buildings and the neighborhood is really nice. The best part for me, though is the management. Josh and Sheena go out of their way to help every resident. They have just the right type of dispositions for this business. I'm also paying $500 less than my previous place in Scottsdale. Let's start off with a good; -The rooftop pool has stunning views overlooking the mountains, as well as the city Thats pretty much about it in my opinion. Now let's go with the bad; -Homelessness is a real issue here, since it's neighboring a park, the homeless people tend to be seen digging through the trash in the parking garage, and don't be surprised if you catch them sleeping in the stairwells or clubhouse. YES I SAID CLUBHOUSE. Photo below ! -For the amount that you pay, the inconvenience of having to use keys Instead of fobs are real pain in the ****. Especially when half of the keyholes on the apartment complex are so hard to turn. I've had to have my key replaced multiple times because of the keyholes. -Of course, all the reviews you've read about car break-ins are real because I've had my car broken into multiple times. It doesn't matter if you park outside where I had an attempt catalytic converter theft or on a reserved parking spot on the fourth floor parking garage where I had my car glass shattered and personal items taken. I've brought it up to management but they have done nothing to fix the issues. You have been warned. -If you need maintenance done, you may need to report it multiple times like I did or else no one will notice and you're left with a leaking sink for 4 days. -During hard rain, my windows had a seal leaks that caused my carpet to literally be soaked. Issue not fixed. -Also the smell of the garbage areas on all the buildings are horrendous! Not cleaned often so you'll probably get a whiff of it on your tour. -the gym is definitely not a selling factor. Most of the equipment are malfunctioning and or broken. peak16, the highland, brix warehouse, pearl Biltmore has better options. I don't know everyone's name, but I want to give high praise to Ebony. Since she came in as Manager, she has instituted several improvements to the property and the tenant experience for which I am very thankful. Ebony listens and is easy to talk to. I recommend this complex to any reputable tenant as it is a safe, well-kept property for families.

This place will mess with your residency score. Updated: as of March 8th of 2025. Still have the email. Which is not fair. After looking for months at many different apartments, I stumbled my way to Lexington on Central. My first thought was that these must be condos as they have a condo feel to them. With further investigation I discovered they were apartments for rent. After looking at what Lexington on Central had to offer, to my relief, my search was over. This gated, Clean & quiet complex was just what I was looking for. Yes, super quiet, right in the middle of uptown Phoenix. The complex has a weight room, spa, pool and an entertainment facility that you can rent for parties. Lexington on Central is also just steps away from the Light Rail. If you are looking for bargain accommodations , these will not be for you as rents are spendy. Spendy or not, sometimes you do get what you pay for.

Despite the property advertising security, security personnel are rarely visible. No one was aware that we lived at the property, which suggests the incident was a broader neighborhood-related issue. The lack of communication and ongoing safety concerns have made this a very disappointing living experience. They upper management at the Lex also did not look into our situation. Upper management waited 60+ days for us to move out to respond and acted like they never saw my multiple emails, even though everyone was CC'd in the emails. They have no customer service at all especially when it comes to upper management. Would not recommend living here at all!!

I had a blower motor go out on a Saturday night. The maintenance guy Larry showed up the next morning (Sunday) to fix the issue. I can honestly say it was very unexpected to be treated as such a high priority. I'm truly grateful to have such an awesome maintenance team here at UG. I have a pet and this place is the first place where I feel like he (the dog) is really accepted. The staff sees my dog around and treats him like he's a little neighborhood kid. Super pet friendly. The manager lives two units over and is one of the sweetest people I ever met. She's always keeping up with the grounds and does a great job. The owner Robert really makes me feel like being happy in my home is a priority. He has very much helped make this place feel like home. My neighbors are quiet and friendly as well. Everyone is very considerate of one another. (Thanks guys!) The facility is an older place but still keeping up with the times. I waited two months or so to move in as it was being remodeled and it was a great decision. Rent here is affordable, facility is clean and energy efficient. There isn't a lot of turn over so getting in is kinda tough but well worth it if you can make it happen. The location really can't be beat with all the shops/bars/restaurants around. 10/10 would recommend.

OLD OLD OLD building!! Constant breaks in water pipes. Cockroches will be coming in through all drains, walls, and under base boards if you don't plug them up. (I'm leaving from Unit 1). Other units have unresolved mold concerns, electrical concerns, the list goes on and on. BIGGEST CONCERN: let's call the maintenance man K. The shottiest work you'll ever see with zero regard for your property. DONT MOVE HERE WITH NICE THINGS! 5/18: K leaves my kitchen sink on (it's plugged up because roaches), completely leaves my unit and it is flooded by the time I get home. It was a nightmare but seemed like a one-off mistake. INCORRECT! Fast forward to 6/26: K leaves the hose on, pointed at my door overnight and floods my unit again. Property with sentimental value ruined this time. Obviously, the outrageous negligence and lack of follow up prompted my move. You will have cheap rent here and it comes at its own cost.
