Had this fixed and another oil leak developed on the front cam seal and another area and they did fix that one for free but then another oil leak magically appeared but was only seepage.....yeah it is a hemorrhage not a drop or two. . . .this is a car that up to going to their garage did not use oil and had no oil leaks To top it off, they left the car unlocked and some on pilfered through my glovebox and center console they did not bother to tell us this. My wife got in the car to bring it home and both compartments had been emptied, and the contents were scattered all over the floor. Only a few items were missing, but whoever now has my home address because our proof of insurance was in the glovebox . . .so I cannot recommend Walt's at all

I had a small list of maintenance needs brought to my attention, as I was at the 60K mileage mark. it would be a lot of afford all at once, so they helped me prioritize them. I've worked my way through the list as my finances allow. I'm thankful for their service because I want my car to last long and drive well. The service staff in the office are fantastic with communication. you can't get any better than RJ. he is so respectful and helpful. The staff can text or call you. they also send you a little report link via text. you can see photos of the findings before deciding which maintenance to proceed with that day. I know people say they are expensive, and I suppose that they are, but I see it more of an investment in the longevity of my car.

First the salesman said they could not set the oil change light if it hadn't come on yet. One or two people told me this wasn't true. They did take it back and correct this. It was okay then. The person that sold me a $3500 warranty on the vehicle said it was covered from bumper to bumper. This was NOT true. Only mechanical things are covered. Now the seat frame under the drivers seat has broken due to wear. This they say is not covered. It is not covered by my insurance because it is just from wear. I have a little over 61,000 miles on my car it should not be worn out. I am 77 years old and have never known of a seat frame breaking from wear.
