Not long after, a blue inky patch appeared on the top left of the screen and gradually spread, making the phone completely unusable. Crucially, the phone had not been dropped, hit, or damaged in any way after the second repair. When I went back, they made me wait over an hour while the phone was supposedly being "assessed" (it just sat untouched on a desk). Eventually, I was told I'd need another new screen--and that it wasn't their fault after spending EU550 with them on two screens. Ended up getting it fixed properly by another provider for €150.
