If you show up to wash a comforter or duvet, plan on wasting your time. Employees overbook their jobs, then leave everything sitting in the washers for hours because they have nowhere to move it. With only two machines available, customers don't stand a chance. If you see tape labeling the piles, congratulations -- you've just found another reason you won't be doing your laundry today.

We moved into the area and started using them while our home was under construction. The first…read morecouple of wash and folds were nicely done and no problems. The last fold and wash we did they completely damaged all of cloths. We contacted the owner when we open their package and start noticing the white towels all had black stains on them her instant reply was she found lighters inside the cloths that may have been the problem. I replied that white towels don't wash with regular cloths. Then we started seeing the rest of the cloths with the same black stains. We just bought these cloths for a cruise we did a week before. They were new Hugo Boss shirts as you will see on the pictures below. She didn't bother to accept responsibility or care for her customer.

The only negative thing I can say is about the parking. If you drive a larger vehicle like me, the parking is tight. Also you don't have a lot of room to drive out when you want to leave. To top it all off, there is now a lady employee who appears to be the coin police. As soon as I walked into the laundry towards the coin changing machines (which she stands next to to guard) I was asked where my clothes was. It's in my trunk, like every other human who comes to wash. She then proceeded to aggressively state that I could not change my bills until my clothes was INSIDE the laundry. This is mind blowing to me. After ten years of washing clothes at this location I come to be harassed about coins. There are many other great coin laundry locations nearby with way better customer service and way better maintained machines. This was definitely the last time I will visit this location.

First time I went to this place I found it pretty decent and it was open late so that was a plus…read more Second time, I used a big washer for $5 and when I pulled out my white clothing they had rust stains all over them. I spoke to the girl who worked there and she said it was from over drying them (granted they were only in the dryer for 25 min). I explained that it happened while in the wash so she put me on the phone with the owner who explained to me it was my fault for not checking the washer before. Instead of refunding the $5 I got told it was my fault and nothing could be done. Bad business, would not recommend. Again, the stain happened in the WASHER, not the dryer. And I'm being told the clothing was burned? Absolutely ridiculous. Check your cameras if you need verification. It's one thing if you can't compensate for the rust in your own washing machine..fine. But then to be accused of burning my own clothing, when this happened BEFORE they ever went into the dryer!? Absolutely ridiculous and a very shady..
