Charlene and her partners are absolutely incredible! To the reviewer bashing her with fake reviews, find something better do with your time; like improving your fish bone technique. (Cough, ex partner, cough). I've been wanting to get my brows microbladed for a while now, but was very reluctant on the process. I hosted a baby shower for my best friend, and I noticed how amazing her mother in law's brows looked! I asked for Charlene's contact info and immediately booked an appointment for my mom and I. My eyebrows are VERY uneven and sparse. I blame the early 2000's overplucking era. My arches don't align. One brow is higher, the other is more rounded. The list goes on and on. Charlene was able to find a happy medium to match up my brows. She is very professional and sweet. She takes her time to make sure you are completely satisfied with the end results. My mother and I booked our appointments together, and talking to Charlene was so easy. We chatted as if we've been friends for years. Before anything is done, Charlene will go over paperwork with you. Then she gives you a packet of ointment to keep the brows hydrated. Keep up with the ointment regimen 2-3 times a day. My brows healed beautifully and took the pigment very well. I just completed my follow up session, and I didn't lose any pigmentation from the first round since I maintained my brows during the healing regimen. My two cents about it: The healing process was itchy. But that's to be expected since the skin is healing. Whenever you feel an itch coming, aquaphor the hell out of your brow. You'll be grand after that. The first few days, the pigment will appear DARK, (like a sharpie brow). I started scabbing around day 3 and was completely scab free by day 8. DO NOT PICK AT THE SCAB! Let the scab fall off on its own. I have absolutely no regrets about microblading. I love my end results. My only regret is not getting them done sooner! I just feel so much more confident now that I have brows on my face. My brows look so natural and people are shocked when I tell them they're microbladed and not my real eyebrow hairs. I did my research with microblading and thankfully got it right! Charlene did an incredible job on my eyebrows, she is meticulous and a perfectionist which is something that I am grateful for! She took her time making sure that my eye brows came out 100% to my liking and then took extra time to make sure I loved them and I do in fact love them!! The shaping, matching colors, and me deciding how I wanted them took about an hour and a half. The microblading took about a half an hour to an hour. The procedure was not too painful, it felt like cat scratches at first and then once the numbing gel kicked in it just like pressure to a sunburn. All totally worth it to me, I could not be happier! I can wake up now and not worry about how my eyebrows will turn out for the day, I feel way more confident, and beautiful! Charlene is caring, meticulous, patient, and knowledgeable. I attended a 3 day training course through 3D Microblading and my experience was excellent. Most trainings I had considered were short, fast and didn't offer assistance after the course. With 3D I was able to train for 3 days but over the time span of about two weeks which gave me some time in between to practice and gather any questions I may have had. I was thoroughly trained on sanitation, blading, shading, mapping, color theory and the business side from licensing to websites setup and advertising. Charlene was patient, caring and will assist you in your career endeavors in any way that she can. She is well rounded when it comes to her knowledge and experience of permeant makeup and has been in the industry for many years. She runs on and on about having studios in every major city and celebrity clients but there is noway the photos she's posting are her work.
