This is a large building that is located just off Westheimer and Wilcrest, and there are a whole bunch of nice fancy offices here, and it's a very well done building. We've come here many times to visit several different companies, and it's close to a lot of the places that we come to, such as our gym and a few dining options that we frequent, anyway, so it's very conveniently located for both of us, and a great space for offices. Sadly there are businesses here that have closed up and shuttered and moved out, as well as some other stuff that clings to life and does just enough business to survive. It's important that you give them your business because so many have already packed up and gone.

When we showed up early and the I Spector said he was pretty much finished with a 5,100 SQ FT home with a pool after 2 hours - I was already apprehensive. Long story short, after we moved into the home we found major issues that had to be addressed that were not identified by the inspector. Built in refrigerator freezer was disfunctional and has to be replaced completely, the pool water line (easily visible) was leaking and had to be replaced, the built in outdoor grill was completely inoperable beyond repair and had to be replaced fully. Well over $15k + in repair / replace costs. Would not recommend.

We hired Greg to do a home inspection on a house we were buying. I called him on a Sunday evening…read moreand he answered, no problems. He put us on his schedule that Tuesday (2 days from the time i reached out to him) Unbelievably thorough home inspection. We received the digital report within hours of the home inspection completion. Over 20 pages of questions/comments/concerns that he had. Plenty of pictures and even pictures of how things should look when fixed. Only downfall that we had was when we were doing the final walk-through with Greg. It was myself, my wife, and our realtor. If we asked a question about something, his tone was rather rude. We all were taken back. (We are first time home-buyers and wanted to get a general idea on a couple things) We weren't asking him to fix or quote anything. Just a simple question such as, should this be painted? or would this type of caulk work? All in all, we would hire Greg at Cypress Inspections again and recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection or similar.
