She told me I should just create another account. I tried, but I get a message stating an account already exists for this person. So, unless I move to a new address and change my email address, I can no longer have an account with PSA. No big loss, as I can get anything they sell at many other online retailers. They were convenient, and I was trying to support a US based business. But businesses like this make is so hard for me to continue trying to support US businesses.
