Within the first 5 minutes of entering "Nu 2 U" I figured out that it's very customer friendly, locally owned, and the people working on your computers/phones/techie things are actually there to quickly and efficiently. They checked my laptop right in front of me, and gave me an idea of might be wrong immediately. They do charge $45 upfront, but this goes toward your total service charge. Great place to go!

While Chuck seems to be a very nice man, today I felt cheated by him. When I called to tell him…read morethat I had a DSL connection issue, he asked a few questions and then suggested I bring the computer in to the shop, where the work would take a very short time. I took the computer in and 10 minutes and $45.00 later I was told it was fixed, but if I still had problems, to contact my server. Once at home, I had the same problem. I contacted Xfinity and they fixed the problem at no cost in a very short time while I stayed on the phone with them. When I called Chuck to let him know that I felt taken advantage of, since he knew Xfinity could have solved the problem at no cost, I was told that the $45.00 could be applied to "the deposit the next time you come in". It's a sure bet that I won't be returning, so hope they enjoy my $45.00.

The front desk staff were rude and disrespectful, openly mocking customers -- especially foreigners, children, or women. The front desk employee wearing black appeared to have serious anger-management issues. He even "apologized" while admitting he had been laughing at me, and then continued involving other people in the store to mock me further. Beyond the unprofessional behavior, there were also concerns about being overcharged. If you expect fair treatment, basic respect, and want to avoid discrimination and harassment, I strongly recommend staying away from this place.

If you're not an idiot who confuses an appliance sales store with a repair service like the first…read morereviewer, Camden's is great. I've purchased a dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, and chest freezer from them oat various times, all with very minor dents not visible when installed, with full warranties, at prices much better than the larger appliance stores in the area offer, with Camden's handling delivery and installation. The only issue I've ever run into was with the refrigerator, it took a couple weeks to get them to return and install the ice maker -- but that was only an issue because the plumber hadn't yet shown up on schedule to run the water line for it before it was delivered. Next time I need a new appliance for my rental, or when I finally get around to upgrading the kitchen in my house, this is where I'd be going first. One heads-up, though, since I heard half of a conversation with an angry person calling from a few states away while I was there once -- if you are local, buy from their store, or their website. While they do *sell* through amazon, those products get shipped through a shipping company and are delivered much like any other Amazon delivery -- outside your house, no installation, no removal of the old appliance. (And seriously, original review person -- you buy stuff under warranty so you can get the stuff repaired under warranty. The only thing you'd have any reason to call the store for is to get the sales record to prove warranty coverage if you didn't keep it, and the number to call for warranty repair; or if the warranty had expired, a recommendation for a good independent repair company. That first review is just stupid.)

Top notch for buying a new appliance. We will definitely be back. Great install team.read more
