I took the computer in and 10 minutes and $45.00 later I was told it was fixed, but if I still had problems, to contact my server. Once at home, I had the same problem. I contacted Xfinity and they fixed the problem at no cost in a very short time while I stayed on the phone with them. When I called Chuck to let him know that I felt taken advantage of, since he knew Xfinity could have solved the problem at no cost, I was told that the $45.00 could be applied to "the deposit the next time you come in". It's a sure bet that I won't be returning, so hope they enjoy my $45.00.
