I emailed Rotti's Wednesday night and they responded soon after! Not only that, one of the owners, Megan, said she could have it picked up the next morning. I wasn't expecting service this fast. Even then, the storm was hitting Sunday and still had little hope of have it back by then. No matter, could use the exercise and mentally prepared the kids for the Monday morning task. No word from them Friday. Sent an email late just asking for an update because they were open Saturday but closed Sunday. No reply. I prepared the kids for the worst and laid out the plan for the storm with intermittent shoveling throughout before bedtime. But! Sunday morning as I'm making pancakes for the family I get an email from Megan saying (paraphrasing) "Hey! Snowblower is done. Want us to drop it off?" Hell yeah!!! Mere hours before the storm. I know they were busy with the impending storm, they didn't have to stay open on Sunday for me, and I bet a few others, to help us manage the biggest snowfall in like a decade, but they did. We had a reply back within an hour and had arranged for them to come pick it up that afternoon. Keep in mind this is just before a snowstorm and they also a plowing service so they were busy. They had it repaired and brought back to us in less than 48 hours and just before another snowstorm coming this weekend. I called the local mower shop to have them check it out on 4/24/26 the day after I bought it. He couldn't fit me until 2 weeks later, 2 weeks ( so just about 4 weeks now not quite) the local guy calls me to tell me the tractor was in a fire, the engine swapped out and there is water in the engine oil.Not good so I called True who had several responses, I must have left it out in the rain, he doesn't know anything about it, it is an As is sale. I was damn right, and found out the lawn service I used to use bought their exact fertilizer and pesticides from Preco. I walked in and was greeted by a guy named Chris. He was awesome, and answered every question I had, and gave me a bunch of tips. I bought a 50lb bag of commercial grade slow release fertilizer for $29. An amazing price, compared to the Scott's crap everyone sells. They do sales, service, and parts for lawn equipment. Seriously, if you take pride in your lawn, check this place out, instead of using Scott's or paying for a service.
