I brought my 2024 Kawasaki ZX-6R in initially for a recall and to diagnose a limp-mode issue. What should have been a straightforward diagnostic turned into months of delays, multiple visits, and over $700 in charges without a resolution. Throughout the process I was given different explanations for the problem -- first a wheel speed sensor, then an ECU, then sprocket sizing -- yet the motorcycle remains unsafe to ride with warning lights on the dash and no functioning speedometer. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication and follow-through. I've made multiple attempts to work with the dealership directly and spoke with management about finding a fair solution. I was told they would do everything they could to help make this right, but after several follow-ups I've received no updates. To make matters even more surprising, I recently purchased another motorcycle from the same dealership and still cannot get a response regarding the unresolved ZX-6R issue. At this point I'm simply looking for accountability and a path forward so my motorcycle can be safely repaired and back on the road. I would still prefer to resolve this directly with Houston Motorsports, but the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. I hope someone from management will step in and help resolve this situation.

I see a bad review on Kade as arrogant and rude. He is quite the opposite. He is a quiet, very busy man who is direct and truthful. He was always polite with me even when I asked dumb questions. The technician who worked on it was meticulous and took great care. It works perfect now. Also, each time I walked in the front door I was greeted friendly by the front office. Service, sales and parts. Neither one talks to the other. They operate as independent entities when they are in the same building. Neither knows what the other is doing and nor do they ask nor care. So if you order a part and want service to install it here's my suggestion IF you were to go here which I don't recommend. I'd recommend root canals, rectal surgery, breaking your leg, etc. BUT if you were to ignore that advice and you had to come here, do this Write everything in BIG letters. Hand a letter to each department of what they must do and the order they must do it in. Coordination has to be on you because again "family tree is a wreath" they will not know how to contact their coworker in the same building. Impossible. So after each department is finished with their task it is now up to you to call the next department, tell them to recall that piece of paper with the big letters and instructions on it and begin the next step. Sadly they will still fail at this. You will get mad and wish you had taken my previous advice to smash your face with a hammer then deal with these people

When all the business was done they both helped me unload a toolbox from the back of my truck to the trailer I have. I had been trying to get help with this problem for a month and I just asked Clayton if by chance could they help me with the toolbox ( not related to the business at all) and he and Billy helped by using a forklift to load the toolbox from the truck to the trailer. This was a great help to me and took a load off my shoulders. They did not have to do this but they said "hey, why not ???" MIke switched my oem carburetor out with an off market Japanese carburetor unwittingly to me and he charged me $250$ for the repairs. I could never figure out why the carburetor kept leaking gas not until I had it taken off and realized mike never put my carburetor oem Polaris on my ATV. mike kept my oem Polaris carburetor. I texted mike and and told him I had discovered his duplicity, deceitfulness and theft. please put hidden markings on your parts before allowing Mike to work on your motorcycles or atvs. He appears to be very nice but he is not trustworthy. If you have to sit outside with him while Mike work on your vehicle please do that!!! Mike told me that many times when customers order OEM parts the manufacturer will send an aftermarket part, which I know is not true.
