I would like to share my candid review about my experience with Mike. I initially contacted him at…read morethe beginning of November 2025 to inquire about shipping my blank t-shirts and sending him my high-density prints with my logo for heat transfer. He agreed to proceed. I sent my blank t-shirts, which were delivered on November 17, 2025, and then sent my high-density print rubber with my logo on November 28, 2025. However, he did not communicate the labor costs involved. We communicated until December 5, 2025, but I did not hear from him again for nearly three weeks until December 22, 2025. When he finally responded, he explained that he had to step away for business unexpectedly, but he failed to inform me of this situation beforehand. Since December 22, I have not received any further updates. I have called daily and sent an email, but I have not heard back for nearly a month. This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on his business practices. At this point, I simply want my items returned, as I am not willing to wait any longer. If you are looking for someone who prioritizes effective communication and values your time, I would not recommend going to Hialeah Printing.

In January I went to this business to place a t-shirt order, and liked the fact the owners Ofelia and Mauricio had claimed to have done some work in the past at my sons school. As a result I placed my order. Just recently the shirts arrived with issues. I understand many businesses were closed because of CORONA but when they finally opened it was pulling teeth to send me the design which I had told them exactly how I wanted it. To my surprise in less than a few days the shirts were done BUT I couldn't check them at the office as Ofelia the owner had stated I would be able to. When I got there for pick up Mauricio one of the owners, put my shirts in a bag outside and I had to leave. I was finally happy I was getting the shirts. Later on that evening as I was sorting through the bag I noticed 3 of them were wrong. I sent her an email and her response was " The shirts come from the manufacturer, there's nothing we can do" so I'm stuck with shirts that can't be worn. You can go to this link and see the shirts that were created. Post CAT 5, Hurricane Dorian, we had to get shirts made for our volunteers that were (and are) going out to deliver donated goods. We wanted to make sure the shirts distinguished our organization with others. And it did! We of course were not looking to spend a lot (as our proceeds are going to those in need) but at the same time keep with the quality of shirts. Especially with the post hurricane conditions of not being able to wash clothes as consistently as you can in 1st world amenities (think 3rd world or beyond post hurricane conditions). Nick and his team came through with our time line for both orders we had. He proved to us when we did our first order of shirts that quality did not go to the wayside with the time constraints we gave him. Both orders were done beyond our expectations. On top of that he dropped them off at the Freight Forwarder in Fort Lauderdale to have them brought over via plane for our volunteers to wear the shirts. He stayed in tight communication via text, email and phone and assisted rapidly (and very patiently) on the changes we kept throwing his way of the Donors we had to add to the back of the shirt.
