This is an honest review! I have been there a few times. I understand people would get mad if they get skipped. I got kind of skipped one time. I did not complain because I have an open mind and also understand their hustle. They are a shop that needs to make money and sometimes a quick job needs to be done! If you bring your car to a fabricator shop, your car will sit there for weeks. This place gets things done fast! They are also clean! Everyone is friendly there as well. Not to mention prices are way better than here southern than there. For their quality, which in my opinion is tops, cannot beat their prices as well. They also always doing meet ups(in the last) and raffles. gg to all. Also, one time someone got late and my job could not be done, the owner or manager offered me to get the job done free, which didn't take because I won't take a work done for free. The first set I got actually ended up being the wrong size (the company sent me the wrong kit). Paul and his team caught this early on and let me know. I felt bad for wasting their time, but they were really chill about it. When the right kit came in, I came back and they installed everything. I had my car lowered even more with alignment today. I have a hard time trusting anyone with me car (it's my baby!) because I love my car and I bought it with hard work. I trust 365 with my car. From the first time I ever called them, they have always been polite, forthcoming with their extremely fair price, and very accomodating. They take their time and do the job right. Paul has worked on my car twice and I am extremely happy with his work. Just remember to tell him or any of their workers exactly how you want your car to be (e.g. I asked Paul to add -1.7 degrees of camber; he worked on my car for over 5 hours yet he still smiled and was happy to answer anything else). Anyways, I showed up at 365 and told the guys ahead of time that I know little to nothing about cars but what I do know is that I like driving fast ones that'll make a little bit of noise. James took the time to give me a little Mods101 sesh providing insight on recommended first steps and what to look forward to come time for my next upgrade on my cars. James was as nice as can be, a class act. The guys in the shop were all on the same page, one guy being able to pick up where the last guy left off without skipping a beat. purchased my first Subaru last year, a 2020 WRX I was pretty unfamiliar with Subarus/Modding I just knew I wanted one and wanted to make it my own. so got to doing my research of parts, other builds, etc came time to look for a reputable shop that specialized in Subarus, read all the horror stories from other Subaru owners but one shop had nothing but rave reviews and was only 20 minutes away. I contacted James through the shops Instagram page, James responded within minutes, and dealt with my newbie questions with a great attitude. decided to go with a Catback exhaust for my first performance mod on my Subie, through our messages he ordered an Invidia R400 with Black Tips, took my payment for the part and scheduled an appointment. the exhaust arrived at their shop in a few days, showed up for my appointment and they were pretty busy, they were working on a custom exhaust for a Camaro that required a lot of attention to detail, James and the staff were super friendly and apologized for the delay which I didn't mind, I got to meet a few fellow Subie owners and learn about the cars. time comes for my car to get worked on, you can tell these guys are very knowledgeable when it comes to these cars. at the end of the install James apologized again for the delay and said he would waive the installation fee! been almost a year on the exhaust now and I couldn't be happier with the product and the installation. my second experience with 365 was when I purchased my Perrin Gurney Flap, I wasn't comfortable drilling into the spoiler myself so I messaged James and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. again, couldn't be happier in how the install came out and their price was very reasonable. my most recent experience with 365 is what really stood out for me, I purchased fog lights for my WRX that didn't have any OEM fog lights/wiring. I definitely wasn't comfortable doing this install myself so I messaged James for the install and went into the shop. after about 30 minutes or so in the waiting room (Netflix, magazines & Restrooms available) James apologizes and tells me they looked at my car and he'd feel better having me go back the following day for the install as his wiring expert would be there which was fine by me as I would rather have the install done right. they could have easily half-assed the install but James wanted the job done right! waiting the extra day was very worth it, the fog lights came out great! I never write in depth reviews like this but 365 has earned it in my opinion. if you love your Subie as I love mine, this is the place! read more

I can not say enough about how amazing this shop is! Yesterday we had an appointment at another shop fall through, and so we gave 365 a call to see if they had any openings to do a couple upgrades on my boyfriends car. (We had driven an hour and a half to the other shop and didn't want to just go home) They were so accommodating and were able to get him in right away! They were professional and friendly, and my boyfriend immediately felt comfortable with his car in their hands... and that says a lot!! As soon as he pulled the car in, they got it up on the lift and started working! That quick! It was really awesome to see how efficient they were! They switched out his exhaust, installed his carbon fiber brake cooling fog light bezels, installed his engine dress up parts (And had the extra engine dress up parts he had been wanting.... darn impulse purchases lol) and even resecured his rear diffuser! It was nice to see a company take so much pride in their work, and have passion for what they are doing rather than just trying to make a quick buck! Their pricing was more than fair too! Made an appointment with them to install a front lip and side skirts for my RCF and they completed the job with diligence. They took their time to make sure everything looks good. As for pricing, they had the best price for what I bought. Can't find them cheaper anywhere else for carbon parts. I drove an hour to have the parts installed. It was well worth the drive. Man do I wish I had good to say about this shop. But I will just be brutally honest. This shop is not forced on making their customers happy as I have noticed in my experience with this shop. I went in to order a part for my car since they didn't have what I wanted in their inventory. They told me " give us 2 days and the part will be here and we will call you when it's here to drop your car off. It'll be a $250 total at the end of the installation". I was so happy when I left with what I heard. 2 days and I would start the modification process on my car. Well 2 days went by. I called the shop and asked if my part arrived. They said it should be in the following day. Following day I called. I got no answer. Then it was the weekend. The following week spent a week trying to get ahold of them. Got nothing. They wouldn't answer the phone. Finally messaged on them on Instagram and finally got told there was gonna be a delay then never heard anything about it after. Just shows that were out more to get my money than to actually helping making a customer happy. The guys at the shop aren't very nice to speak too. They don't seem to know much about the cars they are known for working on as when I was asking question he would either not respond or take a long while to respond. I will never recommend this shop to anyone ever. I will always go to a better shop than here. Not to mention I made a review on google on these guys and they blocked me on social media. They know they did wrong and do not wanna be faced with the facts. Please do not go here by all means. Keep your cars away and go somewhere else where your car is safe, where customers satisfaction is key, and where your car working properly is their focus. read more

The process was easy and painless and the install has had zero problems for 6 months now. They've helped me lower my coilover suspension on my Lexus GS to my exact needs and do it quickly but with precision. Along with that, they have helped me decide precisely the exact wheel spacers I needed to flush my wheels and it was perfect! Ive also had rear toe arms installed and can't be any happier.
