Had to wait about 10-15 min for the service desk. She went out to the locker and opened it - empty; and looked in some of the other locker numbers...no item as expected (1 gal of deck stain). Went back in, did some research and she said it was in locker 24 and not the original 33. Opened up locker 24 and it is not the item - opened up other lockers in that area...not there. Went back in and called the person who supposedly put the item into the locker; apparently issues so it is NOT even in the locker - but off to the side where customer service was actually the place I should have gone to, but was never informed of that. So much for in and out as anticipated. I could have gotten the item from the aisle and shelf and been out of there in 5 mins vs. the 30 mins spent there. Several members of our family recently purchased funerary arrangements from Piccirillo. We spoke…read morewith Dave on the phone to gather information (pricing, options on color, sizes, etc.) that I could share with other family members. He recommended we get two arrangements of the same style and color to put at either end of the casket for balance and he recommended a red, white and blue color theme in honor of the deceased's military service. We are unable to hold burial services until the Spring as their cemetery plot is behind a locked gate until the ground thaws. Therefore we did not purchase a floral 'casket blanket' or place the arrangements in cemetery baskets. Rather, we chose to have the arrangements in vases for family members to take home with them. Piccirillo was familiar with this need (not uncommon in this area) and let us know what choices we had available. The customer service was friendly and helpful. When other family members called to place their orders he knew exactly what they needed to coordinate the flowers. Payment was done easily over the phone and I received a text receipt for my payment right away. Flowers were delivered to the funeral home the morning of services. Everything went smoothly and the flowers are beautiful.
