We traveled to Lawton, OK for a BCT graduation and stayed at the Apache Casino Hotel. The front desk recommended this restaurant for dinner, especially for the steaks, which my husband was excited about, so we decided to give it a try. Since it was a Wednesday, the restaurant was fairly quiet. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the recommendation. The hostess (a middle-aged woman) seated us but wasn't very welcoming and didn't smile, which set an off tone from the start. Our waitress was friendly at first and took our order promptly. However, after seating another couple shortly after us, their drinks and food were served before ours, despite us ordering first. From that point on, the service toward us felt noticeably colder. While she checked on us a couple of times, she was much more attentive to the other table. We understand that great service can impact tips, but all guests should be treated with the same level of attention and respect. We still left a tip, but the experience was disappointing. As we were leaving, the hostess simply stared at us, even after we politely said thank you, which added to the overall feeling of being unwelcome. On a positive note, the food itself was good--the lobster bisque, fried okra, and steak were all enjoyable. Do not use your credit/debit card at the 360 Restaurant in the Apache hotel. They charged my card twice and I have yet to get my money back. I have been there twice asking for a manager, but keep getting the run around. Each time I was given a phone number to call. No one answers, but I left a message. I have not been contacted. Three different employees told me "this happens a lot here." One told me this is the 50th time someone has complained about the same thing and said "good luck" getting my money back. While I was talking to the employee about this, another person came in complaining about the same thing and she was told to "get in line" behind me because I was having the same issue. They are sneaky about it too. I was there 6 September and the second charge happened on 25 November for the exact same amount of $97.25. I have pretty much given up on getting my money back, but I don't want this happening to other people. This is unacceptable and irresponsible. This business needs to be exposed. I was in town from Baltimore and got to experience a delightful Father's Day Brunch at the 360 Restaurant inside the Apache Casino. We got there before they opened and waited in a growing line for about ten minutes. We were promptly seated when they opened and had exceptional service by Amelia. She was attentive and sweet, always refilling drinks and checking in on us. We were a Party of Five like the hit TV show and all ordered the buffet brunch. The area where the buffet is served is small so there was always a line into the little alcove, and especially for the omelet station where the omelet maker seemed to struggle to keep up with the growing demand for omelets. I skipped that part and went headfirst into the biscuits and gravy, Prime Rib and salmon. The biscuits were hot and fresh and soft and flaky. The gravy was yummers. Don't get me wrong, these were not my momma's biscuits and gravy, but they were yummy enough that I went back for a second round. The salmon was good, not great. I couldn't NOT try the snow crab legs. It seems to be the draw for this weekend brunch. Every table had a bucket for leg shells and people cracking and peeling away. They were tasty! The Prime Rib was delicious. I'm one of the few that prefers PR cooked through and not bloody. This was perfectly smooth and flavorful and had no signs of even pink. Yay! So good! New in town and wanting to go somewhere fancy. If everyone recommended Silver Spoon but decide to go to 360 instead since there is the casino I figure we can eat and play. My husband and I ended sitting at the bar since we weir late for our reservation. I figure service will be faster instead of waiting for a table to be available. The bar was empty and the restaurant was mellow. The ambience and cleanliness was great. The staff were attentive and friendly. We ordered our appetizer, meal and drinks all the same time at 18:51 . Our loaded potato skin appetizer came out at a reasonable time but our entrees didn't come out till 19:37. That's a long wait for what we ordered and it wasn't busy. Lawton doesn't exactly have upscale anything, but since this is in the casino it feels a little fancier than a typical Texas Roadhouse date night. It used to have a breakfast buffet and salad buffet for dinner, but im guessing COVID took that out. I came here for a mid-week date night with my boyfriend and daughter. I was craving a steak, and didn't expect much.. so I was pleasantly surprised by the suuuuper tender and perfectly cooked filet. Definitely the best steak I've had in Lawton. The rest if the meal and drinks were sub par to just pkay at best... well except fkr dessert. The peanut butter pie was on point too. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat at 360 Restaurant, but if already at Apache Casino/Hotel it can be a positive experience with some research to avoid pitfalls and mild expectations for service. Let's start with the positives: + Scratch bread pudding is very good and the sauce is excellent, with a notable bourbon taste + Chocolate Bomb desert is delightful + White chocolate creme brûlée is a solid desert, not their best but a good choice if you're in the mood + Spinach artichoke dip is above average and appears scratch made. The pita chips that surround it are very good. + Grilled cheese sandwich is excellent. + Dinner rolls are a delight. However, I'm quite certain they are Sister Schubert rolls (available in the freezer at a grocery store near you). + Smoky martini was expectedly good Neutral points: ~ Our server was friendly with attempts to be helpful, but less than adequately attentive and not familiar with the whole menu. There were numerous times we needed our server with none to be found. ~ House-made chips were better than store bought kettle chips, a little better. Not worth a trip but worth getting once you're here. Now the downside: - The "Delmonico" steak was not Delmonico. It was an average Ribeye, rather thin, grilled decently to order. A rather uninspiring steak, not bad, not recommended. - 360 Cheeseburger was almost bland. Ordered rare, it arrived well-done, the bacon was mildly flavorful. The bun was the highlight, the only highlight. - Old Fashioned was unrecognizable and a failure as a cocktail. Like soda water with cheap whiskey and a bit of orange. The food is bad, they need to send their chef to school again...the steaks are hit or miss on how you want it cook, salmon steak very salty, the side green beans vegetables are salty too. So I ate at the 360 restaurant the 6th of January there were seven of us and the service was fine the food was atrocious I had the chicken fried chicken and there was absolutely no juice whatsoever in the chicken and the batter fell off the minute you tried to cut the chicken and it was almost the point where you stabbed it and the chicken went over which way like a piece of well done bacon. Came here for me and my husbands anniversary. We had a sweet waitress but the food was...mediocre to say it nicely. We both splurged on the finest steaks they had and both of ours came out overcooked (and mine was even burnt, but I tried to eat past it). Was it worth the money? Not really. Is there a better place in town to get steak? Absolutely. I will say the Caesar salad was the highlight of the evening. Giving 2 stars because one is for the salad and the other is for the ambiance. I have been here a few times, with the choices to eat in this town, I must admit that I would be able to eat anywhere, but I choose the 360 for lunch. It is close to work, and I am able to grab a bite to eat in a timely manner. I find the service to be exceptional. I can not complain, everything I ask for is accommodated with no exception. I can not think of very many times I have had to ask for someone to refill my cup, or for a dish to be taken away. The food is really good, for the price point, the preparation, and the taste, I can not say anything bad about it. I mentioned to my waitress that my food was way better than I expected based on the yelp review, and she informed me of the staff change. I ordered the 8oz ribeye, which was seasoned perfectly. Also, for 10.99, it's an amazing value. I ordered it medium rare, and it came out a little on the rare side (of medium rare...which is exactly how I like it) and it was DELICIOUS. Made reservations for 12 about ten days prior to event. It took about 7 minutes to make them because the hostess was busy doing other things. Even after we made eye contact she went about her way. The day of the event our 11:30am reservation was not on the schedule, the hostess had set us up with the wrong day. Even after I mentioned the day & date three times. The manager & server set up our area pretty fast & we sat down and waited for the rest of our party to show up. By noon all our guests were there but it took about 20 minutes for our food order to be taken. We were assigned one server. 45 minutes later our food starts to come out. From the 12 people that ordered there were 5 that had their orders messed up. When we told our server about a discrepancy on a meal he lied and told us what he said was not what he had said. The place is clean and nice looking but has no welcome feeling. I got a "recommended" chicken fried steak. There was to much breading and it was overcooked. When I found the small piece of meat it was tender and tasty. Much better then the one I had the night before at Toby Keith's Restaurant. I also had mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. The potatoes were potatoes and the mac & cheese was very bland. The service was okay and the price was okay but two okay's don't overcome a very forgettable meal. Looking to try something new, my boyfriend and I decided to try the 360 Restaurant. We were hungry after catching a movie and became really excited after looking it up online. We arrived around 9:30pm on a Saturday night and it was pretty empty; about 5 tables in use (mostly couples). There didn't appear to be a hostess on duty so we were a little confused at the entrance, but the bartender said she'd be with us shortly. After making a drink, she led us to our table and were greeted by our waiter. We ordered a mojito, coconut shrimp, and fried Asian dumplings (appetizers). Our waiter soon delivered two waters and we waited for what seemed like forever for the mojito and appetizers. My BF even joked that maybe the waiter forgot to put in our order. At this point, we were still in good spirits and finally ready to order dinner. Eventually, our appetizers arrived, which exceeded our expectations; they were hot and delicious! After another long wait of staring at the empty dishes that no one bothered to clear from the table, our food arrived. The server asked me to cut into the steak to verify it was cooked as ordered. I was immediately let down. I ordered the sirloin (medium), loaded baked potato, and squash. My steak was cooked beyond well and served sitting in a pool of water from the overcooked mush that was supposed to be squash. There was also no cheese on my loaded baked potato (just sour cream and bacon). My BF ordered prime rib (medium), loaded baked potato, and green beans however he was served squash. After informing the server that he ordered green beans not squash, the server explained to my BF that the green beans were not ready yet and they didn't want us waiting any longer so they decided to serve squash and bring out the green beans later. I told the server that my steak was ordered medium. He seemed confused and lost for words so he sent over a manager. Not wanting to wait another hour for another steak, I said it was fine with me and the manager said she'd remove it from the bill. After trying the prime rib (also served in a pool of squash water), my boyfriend said it was equivalent to eating mildly seasoned cardboard. He ate his cheese-less loaded baked potato and we waited on his green beans, which still hadn't appeared. Also missing in action was our waiter, who we hadn't seen since placing our dinner order, and our mojito and water were long gone. My BF and I sat and talked while we waited for him to make an appearance. He eventually stopped by and at this point I no longer desired a drink, I just wanted the experience to be over. We told him the green beans hadn't arrived and he immediately cut us off and ran off to grab them. He then returned with burned green beans! At this point I was in complete disgust with the service quality as well as the meal so I asked for the check. When dropping off the bill the waiter made sure to apologize for the "kitchen's mistakes" in an effort to ensure he still received a tip. I left completely dissatisfied with every aspect of the experience, feeling like I had just thrown $65 down the drain. Food was very pricey considering the quality of service and the lack of originality of the menu. Although there is a new chef, I am unable to differentiate between the old menu and the current one.
