The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the selection is great, and they have the absolute best prices on whatever you're looking for. I don't even bother shopping online because they'll usually have it for the lowest price I can find, or only a bit more, which is worth it to keep these guys around. Their NFA services are also great; I hate dealing with paperwork, but they make it fast and easy. Their engraving services are also the best I've seen the area. I contacted them and asked for authorization to return the stock. They said: they couldn't see the crack; the crack wasn't serious; it wasn't cracked when they sent it; they had a photo showing it wasn't cracked; they did not insure it when shipping; they would not accept a return; I should try to get Steyr to warranty the broken stock. I contacted my credit card company and told them I had done so. Then they seemed more interested and said: we will send you a return label; we will refund you when we get the stock back; we have a brick-and-mortar store and lots of great reviews. I don't believe any of it. Their customer service is angry and rude. They implied several times that I was trying to cheat them in some way. I said: I will just let my credit card company handle it from here. Then they reported my emails to them asking for a return to Amazon AWS as spam (weird) and left a dishonest review for me on GunBroker. They've had 40 bad reviews on GunBroker since they signed up on July 5, 2016. I've had one (from them) since I signed up on March 12, 2000. I'd recommend never buying anything from them.

Bunker Shop in Chalfont has some slightly better deals for lower end guns, but Clayton's almost always has specials or raffles and plenty of stock. There's a reason why they've been in business so long and if you try a few ranges in the suburbs you'll see why they're the most popular. Staff is always helpful and when they try to sell you on a new firearm they don't make it feel pushy, at least to me. I think their memberships may have gone up slightly since the last time I purchased one a few years ago, but it's still a great deal for a family plan.

They answered any question I had. They were very welcoming and joyful. They were cracking jokes like I've known them for years. Every single person on shift was fantastic. Secondly, I was scoping around bucks county for a gun store with reasonable prices as well as a decent selection. And I must say Tanners has some of the best prices around and a pretty wide variety. I will say, there is an occasional firearm I believe is over priced. But having 9/10 firearms being relatively cheap is a solid deal. Gotta give em props for that. Thirdly, and lastly. They didn't bombard me as I perused their selection. I walked in, they welcomed me, and that was it. They were also jovial with the people I was companioned with. In my times there I've seen them dealing with seasoned veterans to utter newbies, each with the same level of respect. This shop gives off the vibe of a type of place you'd just like to go and hang out. A really cool place. It is a smaller shop, so definitely call ahead if you are looking for something specific. Despite being small, they must have some pull. While everyone was waiting on the M&P Shield 45 at other stores, SCG had a few of them in stock. Call these guys, and see if they have what you are looking for. As for prices, they aren't going to beat the high volume spot in Jamison. They just don't do that volume. The prices on all three of the guns I bought there were right at that "fair price" mark. All about 5-10% below the MSRP you'll find on the manufacturers site. They have a great selection of used firearms as well. Both long guns and handguns. They do a lot of PD trade ins as well. Follow their Facebook page for their latest deals. Oh yeah....and you're not paying Philly sales tax here either!!
