I thought it'd be a straightforward session without the need for exercises or extra manual therapy. But surprise, surprise! I ended up with a bill of $643 for just 55 minutes of care. That's on par with what you'd pay attorneys and specialized doctors! I get that all services there have their billing codes, but the final cost was way too high for such a short one-time visit. Plus, there was only one other patient there, and two technicians--definitely not a busy day. Foothills philosophy doesn't include one on one care. I didn't know that when I went. It would've made a huge difference if they shifted to a more personalized approach, especially with low patient-to-tech ratio. Instead, I found myself left to do my exercises solo while the staff chatted and socialized, and tossed around an exercise ball. Talk about a lack of focus on patient care! Overall, I was really let down by what I thought would be a more specialized physical therapy experience. I walked away feeling like I didn't gain any real help for my shoulder, just a bill resulting in tremendous disbelief! Based on my visit, I can't recommend this facility for physical therapy. Unfortunately, from my experience, zero stars would be a better reflection of my recommendation, but one is all I can give. Spent my time under anesthesia where I was conscious and listed to Dr Sobel and his staff rip on how rude it was for people to arrive late. Super unprofessional practice! I have since moved and my new Dr has educated me more about my specific issues while remaining extremely professional.

I found Dr. Sobel to be extremely experienced and became confident with his opinions, procedures and results. He has always made me comfortable in our conversations and the doctor's staff, Lisa and Alissa, are very pleasant as well. I am willing to drive from Prescott to Phoenix for their care.

They asked a lot of questions, had me get an MRI, and ultimately they couldn't figure out what was causing the pain. Ok, no big deal, they ended up referring me to a neurologist. The problem is, the neurologist never called to set up an appointment. Additionally, I've called Dr. To's office at least eight times over the last month to get a status update on the referral, and have never received a call back. Each time leaving a voicemail because Dr To's medical assistants never pick up the phone. All I can say is that I hope I don't have a serious underlying condition because there's been a ton of valuable time wasted while I wait on this clinic to do their jobs.

Dr. Bruns did knee replacement surgery on me May of 2023 - in recovery I had continued pain,…read moreswelling and lack of motion both straightening and bending. My physical therapist could not figure it out as I was doing all the exercises both there and on my own. I found a surgeon who did a CT Scan and found the issue right away - too large of a prosthetic causing all of my issues! He completed knee replacement surgery 9 months after Bruns hacked me up and now, after 12 weeks I am recovering wonderfully - way less pain and swelling over the 12 weeks and great movement compared to last year! Dr. Bruns would not spend more than 2 minutes with me in follow up visits and did NOTHING to assist or try to remedy the pain, swelling and movement issues. Do NOT use him for any surgeries.
