Are you in pain? Did you ever have a car accident or incur an injury on the job? Do massages or…read morechiropractic adjustments give you only temporary relief? Can you move with grace and ease, or are even simple tasks like dressing yourself and walking sometimes difficult? Have you ever been tempted to take painkillers just to get through the day? Did someone mention surgical intervention as your only recourse left? Or do you have a nagging sense that your body is simply getting "rusty" and you can't move the way you used to and don't feel that great? The staff at Resilient knows how to get your body working again--not through force or the same tired old cookie-cutter physical therapy routines and stretching exercises, but with completely customized movements tailored to your needs. Most of the exercises are subtle. And some of the exercises require only small movements. But they are all incredibly powerful and life-changing. Resilient uses many of the techniques taught by Peter Egoscue. The difference between what the Resilient staff do and other methods is that the Resilient staff analyzes the root of the pain and not merely symptoms. This is important, because often the location of your pain is not the source of the problem. Using an exquisitely holistic understanding of the body, Resilient personnel work with each client to develop non-stressful ways of unlocking tense muscles so the separate parts of the body can communicate with each other. For three years, I had severe pain in my hip and was limping when I walked. The first exercises given to me at addressed my very tense shoulders because that offered a way to unlock other parts of my body. Within 30 minutes of my very first session, I noticed more ease of walking. This is no exaggeration! After only two sessions I found myself sitting up straighter--not because I had to remind myself not to slouch, but because my body instinctively wanted to have better posture and sitting up straight actually took less effort than slouching. My prior experience with bodywork has been extensive. Among other protocols, I've received many types of massage, acupuncture, different kinds of chiropractic, weight training at the gym, Alexander technique, and Rolfing. Recently, my very talented osteopath recommended Resilient, and I can honestly say that this is the most comprehensive and far-reaching method I have ever encountered. If you're looking for permanent change rather than a quick fix that probably won't work; if you are willing to devote just 10-20 minutes a day to do your customized exercises (which change as you progress); if you want the root of your pain and movement problems addressed--then this is for you. Sessions are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. The friendly staff is knowledgeable and flexible. They truly give their clients what's needed to optimize quality of life. Since going to Resilient, I am holding my osteopathic manipulations better, my posture has vastly improved, and my chiropractor is finding it much easier to adjust me. Since I've been going there awhile, I recommended Resilient Align Pain Solutions to family members. They have benefitted as well, noticing positive structural changes from the very first session.

I had excruciating pain in my knee when I would lift it in a certain position and it was constantly achy and throbbing. The ortho doctor I went to recommended that I see ONLY Tarlow for the surgery I would need. Tarlow did a scope with two tiny incisions. I couldn't put weight on it for 2-3 months and I saw an amazing PT (recommended by Tarlow) regularly that really sped up my recovery. It's now been 6-7 years since I had the surgery. While my knee still hurts occasionally, especially when I put too much weight on it, it is for the most part completely back to normal. The terrible bone pain I was experiencing is completely gone and I've been able to resume all athletic activities without pain, although Tarlow recommended I don't do things that put too much weight on it. I have two very, very faint scope marks that people don't see now unless they're pointed out. He was a little intimidating, especially for my 16 year old self, but I would definitely recommend him and I have had other family members see him!

Dr. Pattison is an answer to prayer! I have struggled with debilitating autoimmune diseases,…read moreincluding rheumatoid arthritis over the last 25 years. The chronic health struggles that I experienced resulted in many prescriptions, side effects, and surgeries. The first time that I met Dr. Pattison I was dealing with another bowel obstruction. I was heading towards another surgery. A friend told me about him and suggested that I see him. I was told by medical team over the last 25 years to never see a chiropractor. I was told that they could "seriously injure me" and "cause further complications". I went in to see Dr. Pattison, desperate for relief and hoping to avoid another impending surgery. He adjusted me, woke up my colon, and things were back in business the next day. I have been seeing him regularly now for several months and he has changed my life. The time that he invests in getting to know your specific health concerns with real solutions is unheard of in the conventional world. I have gone in there with a migraine, limited mobility, inability to raise my arms, unable to open my jaw, and every single time I have left that office 90-100 percent better. Most doctors that I have dealt with over the last 25 years do nothing more than throw you pills and eventually schedule surgery. Dr. Pattison actually finds the root of the problem rather than masking the symptoms. Since seeing him, I have more mobility, more energy, flexibility, and most of all more hope. If you have been lied to over the years the way that I have by your conventional medical team, do yourself a favor and invest in the health and quality of life that you deserve. Knowing what I know now, I wish I could go back 25 years and do things completely differently. There is hope! Thank you Dr. Pattison! You have restored my hope!
