Jason depends on the terrible laws in Louisiana that shield him from suffering consequences of his incompetence. He has been sued before. We bought a house with ipex pipes. "Ipex" is clearly written on them but he put copper on the report. We lost out on 2 sales contracts due to this and ended up replacing them at great expense including carrying costs since we had to move. He offered 1/2 of the cost of the inspection back. Many other options out there... I don't care if his father is the mayor of Madisonville. He should be ashamed.
