I have had the privilege of working with James and Co. On a number of inspections and have always found him to be knowledgeable, professional and reliable. His turnaround time on the inspection reports is very short. The reports themselves are very detailed including a streamlined additional report for realtors to help them in requesting repairs to properties. He goes out of his way to provide extra value to his clients in terms of warrantees and other extras. And he does a great job of speaking to the clients helping them to understand what is going on with their houses and to know the difference between a major issue and a minor one. Simply put - 360 Home Inspections is my GoTo vendor for Ensuring that my clients get an accurate picture of their properties so that they enter into the transaction with her eyes open and with confidence. read more

If I could give zero stars then I would, numerous issues should have been caught at the inspection and were not, such as roof wood buckling, AC evaporator coil leaking,etc... I would not recommend using this company. read more

Jason depends on the terrible laws in Louisiana that shield him from suffering consequences of his incompetence. He has been sued before. We bought a house with ipex pipes. "Ipex" is clearly written on them but he put copper on the report. We lost out on 2 sales contracts due to this and ended up replacing them at great expense including carrying costs since we had to move. He offered 1/2 of the cost of the inspection back. At first treatment pass over by Billiot, it seemed things were okay until we started seeing a spider here, and a roach there. Living in the south, you expect it once in a while, but you don't want it all up in your home! Billiot sends out surveys for once it's been a couple weeks after service. I wasn't initially going to mention the bugs still being alive because I knew had had to have brought some with us in moving boxes, but since they sent a survey I thought I'd throw it in there. WHOA DID THEY GET ON IT! They sent a person out same day to make it better. It happened to be the same guy, who is ALWAYS pleasant and INCREDIBLY professional and wonderful! His name is EJ, get him to do your treatment if possible!!! After he did his second treatment we have not seen a living insect again! Life is good without the worry of bugs!

My reason for the new roof was due to my aging roof and better insurance coverage. I was interested in a fortified roof and he walked me thru everything. His entire operation is a well run machine and the final result is above and beyond anything I could have expected. I have been using James Williams and 360 Home Inspections for going on 3 years now. Full Disclosure: My first Inspection with him - through NO FAULT of his - a board gave way and there was some Sheetrock damage in the ceiling of a garage in the house he was inspecting. His RESPONSE to that was STELLAR. Even though it wasn't his fault - he owned it, brought in a sheet rock professional and made it RIGHT. I have used him dozens of times since then. He is reliable, thorough, is GREAT with clients explaining things without scaring them, shoots straight and tells you when something needs addressing, and knows the difference between things that matter and things that don't.
