Dan & Tina performed an inspection on a 2004 house my wife and I were going to purchase in September 2020. Thank goodness they did. We received the 124 page inspection report and it was filled with so many major and minor issues it really saved our butts! We were more than pleased with the inspection but the seller was not. Because this is a sellers market like we haven't seen in a while, the seller would not do the repairs nor discount the house more than what was agreed on before the inspection; telling us that his house was worth it and he would get his asking price. Maybe so, as I see his house is pending now. Nonetheless, Dan and Tina were professional, very detailed and caught things that were hidden from plain sight. The most shocking thing they found, besides fiberglass particles in the HVAC ducting and rotten facia in one valley, they left a whirlpool tub filled and running for a couple hours while they were performing their inspection. After a couple hours I was leaving them to finish with my agent and Dan pulled me aside to show me that there was a leak behind the shower wall that was so bad it was leaking water outside from the brick weep hole, something I have never seen in my 53 years (I often wondered why those weep holes were there). My wife and I are disappointed that the sellers wouldn't do any repairs, and that we just spent a bunch of money on an inspection on someone else's house but they saved us potentially tens of thousands of dollars in repairs. Thanks! We will be using them again shortly!!! read more

My husband and brother are in the process of buying a 4 unit building. We were concerned that the property might have a few issues due to the age of the property. We had no idea where to go to have the property inspected. The real estate office gave us the names of a few inspectors. I looked online to read their reviews, but I really did not see anything that would make me feel comfortable with using their service. I came across All American Inspections and called Dan. He had a lot of reviews and all positive. He was in the process of inspecting a property, but still took the time to go over everything with me in detailed. This made me feel comfortable. We decided to work with Dan. He spoke with me while he was on site and provided a detailed report with pictures and videos. The property had more issues than I expected. He then referred me to electricians, termite inspectors, roofers and plumbers. We even had the property tested for mold based on Dan's observation. Turns out one of the units has black mold. I am extremely pleased with the service, turn time of getting the report and Dan's overall expertise of All American. I highly recommend All American for Inspections. I would give Dan more stars if I could. Thanks for everything. read more

I can't express enough how awesome All American Home Inspections & Testing LLC is!! I required a full house inspection of my home and they were unbelievably thorough, and Dan and Tina are extremely knowledgeable in all phases of inspection and remediation of any issues with homes. They are professional in every aspect, reasonably priced, and always available to answer questions and provide assistance. I did not know how to even begin with correctioning numerous problems to my house and they provided answers every single step of the way. They review estimates and advise accordingly, and also return once remediations are made to make sure the problems have been properly corrected. I had no previous experience with inspectors prior to my contact with them on my home and am extremely pleased I found them through YELP. I asked for recommendations to subcontractors to correct various issues to my home since I know of none, and all of my house issues have been properly addressed. I HIGHLY suggest All American Home Inspections & Testing LLC to anyone whose house is in need of an inspection and remediation solutions. I honestly can't thank them enough. Two of the nicest people to work with that you will ever meet! read more

Last year I called Dan with All American Inspections to inquire about an inspection and mold testing for a house I was renting at the time. Dan was very helpful over the phone and answered all of my questions so I decided to go ahead and schedule the testing and inspection. The day of the inspection Tina came out and did a wonderful job. She spent hours inspecting the property, answering our questions, doing the mold testing and explaining about it. I learned a lot that day and I was very, very thankful. Within a few days our 28 page report was emailed to us and Dan called and explained the report in detail. I was so impressed that my father used them as well to inspect and mold test his house and property. Once again Tina was great! She answered all of my dad's questions and took her time with a thorough inspection and doing the testing. Dan was awesome with reviewing the report once again. My husband and I are looking to buy a house now and the first thing we thought was having Dan come out to inspect and test. Our inspection is scheduled this week and we are looking forward to it! I know our house is in good hands! read more

All American Home Inspections exceeded our expectations! Dan was extremely helpful and thorough. He educated us during the inspection so that we would be informed of the problems at hand. After the inspection was completed, he remained in contact with us and allowed us to call or text him at any time with questions. He does honest work and is one of the best in this field. Beyond his certifications and expertise, he is trustworthy and goes above and beyond for his customers. We called him for a mold inspection, but he also inspected the entire house and found a large active leak and fiberglass particles circulating in the air system. He is truly concerned for your safety/health and inspects all aspects of the house. I will definitely be utilizing his services for all future houses/apartments I lease or purchase. I can't say enough about how awesome Dan is with All American Home Inspections. Do not lease or purchase a house until you contact this company to do an inspection! If you are a student, they offer a student discount and want to help students who are experiencing issues with their apartment/house. read more

All American Inspections is the absolute bomb! I was blessed enough to have them inspect a few houses for me about 7 years ago. Since that time, I have kept Mr. Dan Paradella's number in my various phones because I was so impressed with their services! I more recently had Mr. Dan inspect a house for me, and seven years since first using his services, he is still providing the same quality of service! The attention to detail provided is outstanding! Mr. Dan inspected a practically brand new house for me which I assumed would mean..."no issues:)" Ha! The problems he brought to my attention, and the stress he saved me was more than worth his fee. He supplied me with a file almost an inch thick of documented issues with the house which I was then able to have addressed Prior to purchasing the house! Again, these guys are the best inspectors you're going to find! I'm so grateful to have worked with them. Very pleasant experience! read more

Outstanding! I wanted a thorough inspection of my home to identify any issues I might be facing now and in the future. I live alone and have little knowledge of home repairs. Dan and Tina put me at ease right away and patiently explained their process. Through the buying and selling of several houses I thought I knew what to expect of a home inspection. Let me just say, this FAR exceeded my expectations! Dan and Tina arrived promptly on time and spent nearly five hours going over my 1900sf home. From the roof to the crawlspace and everything in between, they examined/tested every component of my home. Problems identified were explained in detail with recommendations. At my request, I was also given recommendations for reliable contractors that could perform necessary repairs. All American Inspections could not have been more helpful and I would not hesitate to use them again for a fair, honest and helpful home inspection. read more

Dan was awesome! There was a little confusion about the appointment time (his business partner made the appointment with me but miscommunicated the time), but it was well worth the wait! Dan was highly professional, incredibly thorough (even according to the Realtor), and explained everything as he went along. He took time to listen to my concerns and then addressed them with his inspection and made notes with the ones that were relevant. He gave me some great tips on things to watch throughout the years and how to maintain the home. As a first-time homebuyer who is not knowledgeable at all about home construction/repairs, I felt WAY better after Dan's thorough inspection that I'll be secure for a long time to come in this house. Plus, he's passing along his personally recommended repair people for when something comes up. Great service, very friendly, honest and reliable. Dan's the whole package. :-) read more

I'm grateful to have had All American Inspections conduct the primary and follow up inspections on our family's home. Dan and Tina are not only thorough and accurate with their discoveries, but they take the time to explain everything that is noted on the comprehensive report that you'll receive. The experience, network and attention to detail that All American brings to the table is the best I've seen. I'm a repeat customer myself and will utilize All American for all my home inspection needs going forward on any type of property in question. Simply put, you will know what issue exist, the severity of the issue, and what it will take to tackle the issue. I have had other inspector services in the past but I've never had the consultation and level of detail that Dan and Tina provide. Thanks for giving me the confidence to make the most well informed decisions with my family's home. read more

We found this inspection team online and decided to use them based on stellar reviews from Yelp and other websites. We couldn't be happier with their service, as Tina and Dan did a very thorough inspection of a house we loved and were about to commit to closing. Upon receiving their detailed inspection report, however, we decided to withdraw our offer because they found numerous serious defects in the house that were not easily seen by us or the realtor. Although we spent some money to do an inspection on a house that we did not buy, we are so happy and indebted to the fantastic duo team for not making a possibly disastrous investment on a problem-ridden house. In fact, we were so satisfied with their service, we asked for their inspection service again on another house two weeks later. We highly recommend them to anyone who is planning to purchase a house in New Orleans. read more

All American Inspection is an excellent resource for home buyers! Here are the facts: I have purchased four homes over the past 20 years and hired several house inspection companies that were "supposed to be good." Those inspections lasted 2-3 hours and each time, I felt like they were rushing through the process and giving a rubber stamp to "insure the deal went through." Not the situation with All American and Tina. Tina examined the house thoroughly and provided detailed information and photos in her report. During the inspection, she made it clear that she was working for the prospective buyer which I appreciated. She had our best interests at heart. Her son, Joseph, was excellent also. If you are buying a home (a serious investment) and you want to really understand the house and the condition of all of its parts and systems ALL AMERICAN IS THE BEST! read more

Tina at All American Inspections and Testing is like a house detective. She inspected two houses for us during our search and each time it was like she was conducting a forensic investigation into crimes the owner was trying to hide. And she found them! The first house had extensive termite damage and an active infestation (both drywood and Formosa) and the second house had toxic black mold. Each home also had other problems, all of which she detected. You're paying more at All American but that's because you're getting more, a much more thorough investigation than some guy who'll come and go within an hour. These inspections took four hours. It's definitely worth it to pay more upfront than find out later that a cheaper inspector missed a problem that will now cost you tens of thousands of dollars to solve. Dan is amazing and very knowledgeable about stucco installment, moisture, and necessary repairs. We are so fortunate to have found him through All American inspection and testing. He takes his time and does a very thorough job on the outside and inside of the home checking for moisture. He makes recommendations based on what he sees. He is professional and has many other wonderful contacts to help you make getting other inspections easier and hassle free. He gave us information throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions being very patient with me the whole time. He has never lead us in the wrong direction when it comes to buying a stucco home, and it's the second time we have used him when purchasing a home. Thankful for him and this company! Highly recommend you won't be disappointed! read more

As a Realtor, my clients rely on me for recommendations, and a home inspector is no exception. This means recommending someone I trust, and that inspector is Dan Paradela with All American Inspections & Testing. Not only is he very knowledgeable and thorough during the inspection, he is extremely professional, informative, and pleasant to interact with. He is happy to walk myself and my clients through the whole house; inside and out, explaining every issue or concern they may have to deal with in the near future. He is a life saver to say the least. He composes a very detailed and thorough inspection report, and is happy to answer any questions that may come up during and after the inspection. Dan, is very responsive and professional. He takes the time to ask questions and share information about the inspection process which shows he is very knowledgeable and been doing this for a long time. His Team is amazing to work with, they are punctual and accomodating. I don't usually leave reviews but I would be doing this company a disservice if I did not express my strong satisfaction with their service. On the day of the inspection I faced an emergency the plumber I had scheduled had an accident and could not make it. Dan was quick to offer assistance and got on the phone, he was able to arrange for another plumber to come out the same day. I can not say enough about All American Inspectors. I will definitely using them again. read more

Dan is the man when it comes to mold! He is very knowledgeable and experienced with all types of mold. I reached out to Dan to inspect my daughter's apartment that she was leasing. He did a thorough inspection and took samples for lab reports. He also took the time to provide recommendations of trusted remediators. He is someone who is experienced and who you can trust to get down to the bottom of your problems. I highly recommend All American Home Inspections if you are having problems with suspected mold or if you need a general inspection for a property. He is honest and will lead you in the right direction! I will be using this company again in the future when my daughter is looking to sign a lease or buy a property. read more

I first learned of All American Inspections & Testing LLC when they were hired by my home buyer. I was so impressed with the job they did that when it was time for me to hire an inspection company, I had to do very little thinking and quickly called them. Their thorough process, state of the art equipment and techniques, coupled with years of experience will leave you feeling nothing short of total satisfaction and confidence in their findings. Both Dan and Tina are easily accessible, pleasant to speak with, and educate you along the way so that things are crystal clear and you have a true understanding of the matter. An amazing team. Dan's approach to the home inspection process is beyond thorough. He has incredible knowledge and understanding of the structure of homes in the New Orleans area and the issues that they face. Following his inspection he sits down with you and discusses his findings and answers any questions you may have. He provides highly professional and genuinely amazing service that is increasingly difficult to find these days. As a first time home buyer in the New Orleans area I cannot emphasize enough how incredibly helpful his knowledge and keen insight have already been. I will not hesitate to use his services in the future and will highly recommend him to friends. read more

Dan at AAIT has been amazing! He conducted air quality tests for my home following Hurricane IDA and I am so glad I had him. He educated me as he went through the testing and went into detail about the test results. Anytime I had questions, I felt so comfortable being able to pick up the phone and talk to him about my home and the recommendations he had. He also communicated with the company that did the cleaning which was great so I didn't have to be the middle person. Since Dan does home inspections too, he randomly pointed out some other issues he saw with my place, which was really nice of him. Great company and glad I went with them! read more
