Andrew gave me a quote over the phone, but when he came to my house and assessed the project was able to knock quite a bit off the price. He was fast, efficient and very respectful of my home. He gave me proper aftercare instructions (dry time, frequency of cleaning, etc.) and was on his way in an hour. I had him do a six seater sectional and two area rugs. The cream colored sectional was starting to smell sweaty and had a coffee stain and he was able to get all of that out. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Well anyway Mr. Caillouet came out and meeting him was well worth the frustration I experienced with Home Advisors. Mr. Caillouet has an established business, licensed and insured. He's very customer oriented and very thorough, and he keeps scheduled appointments. His family ( wife and children ) are involved owners in a 4th generation business. I did not use his services at this time, but I have him lined up for several projects very soon. I could not go without sharing this info with every one of the YELP community! When he arrived on time that morning he and assistant started work right away. They made sure that he did what he said and more. When he was not satisfied with something he redid it. He ended up staying longer than he expected because he wanted to be satisfied with his work and to make sure I was satisfied as well. Very thorough. My house had not been power washed in years and there was such a pleasing difference after Mr. Michael finished. I couldn't believe the big difference in the look of before and after of my home. Great job. Yes , I would difinetly hire X-Stream Clean Softwash again and of course I highly recommend this company. I give 5 stars and more.

I'll confirm one of the other 1 star reviews as being 100% accurate. When I initially reached out for an estimate I never got a call back with a quote. I should have taken that as a sign and took my business elsewhere. Kevin May was hired to do a job that he clearly was by NO means qualified to do. He half did the job. So many errors so many imperfections. He tried to get away with not properly doing things then when told about them he had an extremely nasty and unprofessional attitude as though this was a service that he was doing for free. He went to lowes to supposedly purchase materials. Only to later find out that he thought that it was okay to purchase chips, and drinks at my expense. Complete and total ignorance. He left trash outside of my home boxes old cabinets ect. he did not clean up after himself neither did he haul off trash from the poor job that he completed. The job remains to have many errors that he feels like I should be okay with. I attempted to report him to the better business bureau but he's not listed. I can definitely see why. Based on the quality of work or lack thereof its clear that he is by no means licensed. I'm not sure who could have given him five stars and why because he is horrible and lacks professionalism and his work is garbage. I will never in life use him if he were the last person standing and I would never recommend him to anybody. I strongly urge you to find you a reputable company that embodies skill and professionalism. I will be taking him to court if I continue to have problems with the job that he was paid to do. He falsely offers a year warranty which he has no intentions of fulfilling. He wants money and lots of it but doesn't want to do the work of the money. Which is sad. NEVER AGAIN...
