When you start working for a company, what are you looking for? The answers to that question vary from person to person. I can only share what I look for when I go to work. First, I look for a company that cares about its employees. The Belways, owners of the company, truly try to make a connection with all of their employees. They understand that sometimes life gets in the way and their flexibility is one of their best attributes. I can't remember a moment where I've dealt with either or them that they haven't had a smile on their faces and something positive to say. That leads to my second thing I look for- positive energy. I truly believe the energy you put forth is reflected back towards you. I think the Belways look for positive energy people. It truly affects the work that you're doing- and to be clear, this is still a job. You will still have to work and be expected to perform your job to the best of your abilities. Third, I look for a company that gives me the ability to grow. The Belways are always looking for good people. That's not unlike any other company, right? I have had the good fortune of also meeting several other good people working for 360. The Belways have an uncanny ability to find quality people for their leadership positions. Again, I want to emphasize that you will need to do the work! They remember the ones that work hard and are wanting to take the next step into management positions. That leads to my last "look". I want to work for a company that LISTENS AND LEARNS. I think the most impressive thing I find about Tom and Alexis is their willingness to adapt and change. Trial and error are a part of anyone's/anything's growth. I know that they are always looking for ways to streamline their business; whether it's how to get their employees paid quicker or just making sure that everyone has all the information necessary to do their jobs to the best of their ability. What is important to remember is that as soon as they realize something isn't working- THEY PIVOT- and find something that does work. They are not afraid to push the envelope. In terms of listening, 360 has always been good at listening to feedback from multiple sources. When you're in charge and you have so many moving pieces sometimes it's difficult to see the entire picture. The people in charge realize that and ask for help; their communication is awesome! So, those are my things. I have been fortunate to do multiple things with 360 from high profile events in different parts of the country, to simply playing a mascot at charity event. Each one different, but their steady leadership is always the constant. If you worked with them previously and you felt like you didn't see the best of what 360 has to offer- I say come back and give them another chance. The posts about them taking your pay is wrong. You can have your Work Market connect to your bank account without paying a fee. This might be a new feature. What I don't like about it is how long it takes to get paid. It's almost September and I'm still waiting to get paid for several events in July. On top of that, you have to wait 2 days from payment in order to transfer the money to your personal accounts. In Indiana, there are not too many events. There's not a lot of hassling about dress code like the CA teams. However, the dress code and rules are emailed to you, so you should know how to dress for the event. My complaint is the Team Lead doesn't always communicate with you about available parking and things like that. But most of the events that I have worked have been enjoyable and I've liked the people that I work with. read more

Fantastic company! I've used 360 many times to help me staff my events and have never been dissatisfied in any way. They are a family business and add that personal touch when it comes to really helping bring your event to life. I wasn't sure just what I needed to best reach my audience and they recommended costume characters, brand ambassadors and a sales team to help cover all ends of the event. The onsite help was amazing and they made sure that everyone was taken care of to work as a team. There's always an onsite manager that can redirect multiple teams, so that I didn't have to talk with each individual hire. Professional and very friendly from the owners to the staff. I've been working with 360 Events & Promotions since 2011. They're one of my favorite companies to work for. Their events are super fun to work! I'm always excited to be booked by 360! Now, I find a true test of a company's integrity is how they handle issues. The one time an event was cancelled on me day of, they still paid me. The one time I was not paid for all of the hours I worked, I was able to call and actually speak to someone in accounting, resolving the issue right away. When I suggested team leads be paid more, they listened and started paying them more! More experiential marketing companies need to follow 360's lead. Working with 360 on a variety of projects; guidelines, expectations, rules and goals have always been clearly elucidated. Event promotion is not my primary line of work and handful of times i partake in it its through 360 specifically for their ease of operations and straight forward protocols. Without ever having had a snag or glitch everything has always progressed smoothly. I've worked with a few other Event Promotion companies and their standards were noticeably lower leading me to opt to be part of the 360 team whenever possible. On a more personal note, Director of Operations Alexis Belway has always gone out of her way to place me in a role/position she knows I will enjoy. I was hired by this company to work an event in Vegas. I was so excited to work, however this company's communication is horrible. I didn't end up working the event!! I was emailing my event manager for about a week and a half to see if I had to attend training because it wasn't confirmed on my schedule. After patiently waiting for a response, I finally get an email the day before the event from Tracie, one of the Vegas events managers. She said that she was going to email me back when she got in front of her computer to confirm if I had training or not because she was not the road and couldn't check at the moment. So I waited and emailed her ONCE AGAIN asking if I had to attend, and I received NOTHING from her in return... Fast forwarding to the day of the actual training she actually calls me and hangs up when I answer!!! I know it was her because of her IPhone caller ID. So I text her back, called a few times and left a voicemail! She didn't respond!!! I had all my lodging setup and everything, I was ready to work! I mean I understand if I wasn't on top of my stuff but I was, it was this companies fault for their miscommunication errors. So I'm out of all the money that I paid to go to Vegas, from lodging to the flight, to the weekly money that I needed to live there. However this is my experience as you see hey have 4 stars so I'm not speaking for everyone but myself. But I wouldn't recommend working with this company. Also their pay service that they use isn't good at all, the website is sooo glitchy. The company is called " Work Market" and they were extremely horrible communicators as well, they never emailed me back either regarding my Tax info so I could get paid in a timely manner. I finally received an email 3 days after I emailed them, which by that time Tracie didn't email me back either so nothing worked out for me and this company. Talent T. is correct. To be paid by this company, you now must register on a glitchy Web site and have money deducted from your earnings in order to be paid. It is for sure maddening and made worse by the fact that this agency already pays substantially below fair market rate. I used to work some events for this company, but I stopped when I realized I could be paid 30 to 40% more by working for the very same end clients at the very same events for 30%+ more per hour with far fewer hassles and more dignity and respect accorded. In addition, there are some very immature team leads in the pool--in way over their heads and thoroughly full of themselves--who abuse their positions to capriciously do things like send BAs they don't like (or, more likely, who thoroughly outperform and outshine them) home because of supposed (read "nonexistent") dress code violations such as belt or shoes allegedly not black enough or jeans not the precisely right shade of blue. This was done even though the exact same outfit had passed muster by those same people on prior days of the same event and even though others on site were wearing dirty, torn, smelly garments, were poorly groomed, and were incapable of presenting and speaking well. One not only loses the earnings from such days, but the ability to work other jobs that were passed on in order to keep one's commitment to this agency. So it's an unfair, untenable situation, and it's just too middle-school-ghetto-bully for my tastes. I am reasonably sure the end clients would much rather have educated, intelligent, professional types representing their brands than these professionally immature, unsophisticated brats. read more

Within hours of writing my last review, the owner of 360 calls me and apologizes for everything. Comforting to know that while they're not on top of their employees getting paid, at least they're paying attention to social media. The owner claimed HR was backed up, but for four months? Right. I received my check a few days later. My agent in Portland seemed to take it personally that I wrote this and asked if I could update that I got the check. Unfortunately, I'm not the only one who has had this problem...on the 360 forum I saw dozens of promo girls saying they hadn't gotten paid, no response. There are way better options out there, AC Model and Talent, Greenlight Marketing, GMR Marketing, Formula Street. read more

I am the events and promotions manager for a local tech toy company and I needed character models for my promotion at this year's ComicCon. I've not hired models or worked with talent agencies in the past and I must say that 360 was the best first experience! Alexis and Tom were great working with me under a tight deadline to find the perfect talent for my promotion. And yes, the talent they provided me fit the bill perfectly! The talent were professional, personable and handled the crowds, photos and general mayhem of ComicCon so well! They worked hard, showed up on time and with a good attitude - that really made my job so much easier!! They were a pleasure to work with - the staff at 360 as well as the talent they provide. Stay Away From This COMPANY. I worked 1 event with them and waited 2 months to get paid. They sent my paycheck to an account that I didn't supply to them which is an old paypal that I didn't use for years. It took me a little work to contact paypal to try and access my money and when I finally spoke to them they told me that no money was ever sent to them. I tried to email and call them to explain that on their error my money was sent to the wrong places and can just be mailed to me but the manager in their accounts department told me it had nothibg to do with them and contact paypal. All I want is my pay that I worked for. And now she's nothe responding to me at all. Working with them was organized and easy but they need better people handling the money read more
