Excellent. I have always felt safe and supported by Rita and Roxanne. Great team and easy to work…read morewith. They put family and kids first.

If you are looking for modeling agency in OC for your child.. look elsewhere. My child was never…read morecalled for a audition. I had a meeting with Rita and afterwards I forgot to ask her a question so I went back into the office and was greeted by a receptionist. I asked her if I can speak with Rita and that I was just in her office and I forgot to tell her something. The receptionist made a phone call and said oh sorry she is on lunch and out of the office. I said to myself.. really that quickly.Strange since I just was with her 3 min ago.. This was my first and only interaction with her in person. After several months with no auditions or coaching opportunities.. My son asked me mom why haven't I gotten a audition yet? Is it because they don't believe in me.. I told him don't worry.. there are better agencies out there. I understand that If a client likes a child they will reach out. But there wasn't even any communication at all from there side. Now my son is thriving at his new modeling agency and had auditions within the first week.. At the end of the day. Leaving DreamRay was the best decision we made. My recommendation... find someone else who really cares about your child. They also tend to focus on the ones who are "popular" on social media. So new models.. forget about it.. sorry just being honest!

I auditioned here for feedback on my representation preparedness about a year ago, after working in…read morethe industry for 6 years & attending The Los Angeles Theater Academy for 3 years (which was also thousands of dollars - a deal for being CA resident and many weekly classes I have audited are $100+ per session). I admit I was sceptical because of some reviews about "they just want your money", but here's the thing: they sort of do, it IS a business that pays office rent BUT they're honest first. After I auditioned, they told me I *didn't* need their help & *didn't* try to sell me their classes. They said I was welcome to take them if *I* felt I needed a refresher but reiterated they didn't think I needed it. Therefore, based on my personal experience, I think a lot of the negative reviewers might be sore and having a hard time accepting they are not as ready as they feel are (which is great sign of passion but detrimental to the longevity of your aspirations). That determination and confidence in yourself is great, but critiques and additional training can absolutely improve your chances of succeeding. It's all about your dedication to networking and honing your individual skillset. It will take time and it will take money if you're serious in investing in your career. As for The Studio at OC's business in particular, all the employees and coaches deserve to be paid for their time and expertise. The money comes from the partnered courses they offer, not all of which are recommended for every unique auditioner (again, I was told I could use newer headshots [which was true, my hair was a different length] but they didn't even push their own photographer). My time here was nothing but constructive and I paid nothing to audition. For the experienced and truly prepared actor (both skill and attitude), this was a free evaluation that helped remind me where my focus can improve. For talent they believe they can help improve with their instruction, they offer options.

I got called in for a commercial audition. At the same time, listen to their spiel. On joining the…read moregroup, it sounded so far. Legitimate to me, everything is going well. Also, just had a photo shoot with a professional, a photographer that went well. Also, very good professional. Have a few more meetings with workshop. So far so good
