I tell him it's not the right one. Different part number, different spring, thicker spring. Different length. He insisted it was the right one and that it will work. I don't trust that he is fixing the trailers here properly with his mentality. With the wrong spring, the person that has to open and close a roll up door many times a day will know the difference. This guy doesn't understand when a customer wants a specific part number that the part manufacturer provided. Later Manuel tries to help and give me a counter balance that is too short. Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys. Going direct to the manufacturer for the correct part at a better price.
