Alex was so polite, responsive to phone calls, and patient in explaining the equipment performance and history. They said to just bypass it (which removes the safety mechanism). At the end of the job, I asked for some credit for the broken component, which was attached to a metal cart that cost a whopping $80/day. I emailed and called multiple times and just got the run around. No credit, no response. Interesting too because the other review written here mentions getting a generous credit. I was told that giving credit was above their pay grade. Total cost at the end of 3-days was over $700 -- and we picked it up and returned it ourselves. Pricing seems exorbitant, but if nobody else has the equipment that you need, this may be your only option. Seems like a hunk of metal that can't really fail (except for the switch) plus the machine and some other component that I was charged the daily rate for could be a little more reasonable.
