I was just thinking it's a small part something happened. It's a mess up. But no this time they completely ruined. Over $5000 for the parts that I can't replace. Because they don't listen . The first time I took the parts in. I knew better. Then to have them polish them so I thought they could just dip them in some Chrome. I've had it done hundreds of times at other places no it literally came back looking like horrible . Called the guy you know the guy. And he says oh that couldn't happen. Bring them on down well. It only got worse. He over polished the parts and ruined them told me on the phone. Oh they're stainless steel no dude they're not stainless steel. They're steel and brass you literally polished every piece that I asked you not to polish now they're ruined bent every part is bent, but you assured me, they were gonna lightly polish them so the Chrome sticks. no, I'm out 300 bucks. Plus almost 4000 for the cost of the parts the lost orders the money I'm refunding to people that are waiting because this Chrome Plating Shop that's been in business for 50 years is incompetent and cannot do a job. Look below see the quality of their work. I just picked it up this morning. An hour drive there an hour drive back four hours of driving. Can't even get my money back. But here's a word to the wise if you were in Southern California. And you have something important that you need Chrome plated. They're gonna ruin it. Look below for the photos.

Erik was super helpful and understanding. I missed the cut off time twice and when he didn't know if he could get it done for me he even offered up a competitor I could try if he couldn't. For any business to do something like that shows they care about the customers needs. He was able to make it work for me and he got it done for my dead line. The powder coater came out great. His guys were also very helpful and helped unload and load it back up. Did satin black and looks perfect! The price he gave me was beyond fair! Actually it was lower than I was expecting.
