Every step of the process was laid out for us and the fact that we could customize the layout and add features like skylights and sliding doors was an added bonus. 360 delivered our project ahead of schedule and their team laid out all our options for materials and finishes and was available every step of the way if we had any questions or needed to make changes. I'll keep my review short and sweet. I used this outfit to build out my garage into a granny flat and it was one of the more refreshing construction experiences I've had. The gentleman I worked with was Ori and he stood behind every promise he made. We had few delays and no additional cost on the project. The crews he brought onto the project were skilled and professional. They had a Supervisor come through every week to check on the progress (very crucial) and made sure I was in the loop with the schedule. I hope everyone has the same experience I had with them. HOA's, Building managers, or home owners if you value being respected by the company that services your project I would search elsewhere before contacting 360 Builders. My building had the extreme displeasure of having this company's contractors do an earthquake retrofit in our lot. While doing this work there staff overtook our buildings parking lot with personal vehicles and became confrontational and aggressive when approached and asked to move. I had to give 360 Builders thumbs up for their professional service. I requested an estimate a couple of days ago for the service from several different companies. Most of them couldn't get the work started promptly although I mentioned that my project is super urgent. I had to get my kitchen remodeled for my rental and requested an estimate for the flooring throughout the home. I have to mention Ori the manager, who promised that this can be completed within the time range I requested initially, and said he will do everything he can to complete this in a timely manner and per my request and our agreement. I started with replacing the flooring throughout the house and thanks to the professional work and service from Ori and his crew, they were able to complete it in such a manner where I am both super happy and full of appreciation for the quality of work they provided. I requested a quote on line and didn't hear back until 25 hrs later after I contacted them again. We set up a meeting with project manager on a sun 1:00. I freed up my schedule and was excited and ready for meeting. No show, no text, no email and no voice message. Needless to say very I was very disappointed. I had 2 phone numbers and called both, no answer and no option to leave a message. I left text message Sunday at 3:00. Monday got text message that the project manager tried to call me and told me his phone number (would have been great to know this number before hand). I did see the number but like everyone if I don't recognize the number I don't answer but will listen to voicemail and call back....except no voice mail and didn't try to call again. Monday they asked for a new schedule time and I told them that I need a reliable company that knows how to communicate better. My time is worth it! read more

I don't often write reviews, but when I do they are because I want to reward someone for a job well done and support their business. I'm sure every company has people working for them who they are not aware their conduct. I had read positive reviews here and maybe I was just unlucky, because my experience was awful. The point person for my backyard project promised to oversee every detail but was there for none of it. Not only was the product installed damaged, I was told that's just what happens-- sometimes damage just happens and I was being picky. My yard was left covered in metal shavings and embedded in my lawn and when I informed the general he told me it wasn't his crew's job to clean up my yard and that I was just looking to find a problem with the job. METAL SHAVINGS EVERYWHERE. When I told him this was a safety issue and I couldn't have my children in the yard which would cut their feet he told me I was being unreasonable. I was told I was responsible for all the leftover problems and had to fight for the bare minimum of corrections. When his crew stuffed all the packing materials in my personal trash cans to the point I couldn't use them and I let him know, he told me it never happened. Then said if it did there was nothing he could do and didn't understand why I was upset. Zero accountability, professional integrity or kindness. I'm a single mom. I put my money and trust in the person representing this company and was treated with dismissiveness and lack of accountability. Again, to be fair, the issue could be this one person and I was unlucky, but I would never tell a friend to take the gamble. read more
