CRASH! Left ear ringing. A cloud of smoke surrounds me. The growing sound of air escaping the side airbag. That's all it took in sealing my fate. My once flawless motor carriage was now reduced to crumpled quarter-panel and bent rear tire. And yes, I can confirm that car accidents = headache. And when the dust settles from insurance calls and doctor visits, the last thing you want to add to this fun pile is the anxiety of wondering whose grubby, careless hands might be touching your baby at this unnamed body shop. Fortunately, there is an end to this dark tunnel and 360 Autoworks is going to make that trip there painless. A family friend contacted the business on my behalf and no more than an hour later, I get a call from Jason, the owner. He was reassuring and thorough. Gave me his personal phone number and told me that I could call or text him any time I had any questions or concerns. The next day I got a call from Emily, the receptionist, to discuss their process and to get me to sign a couple of forms. Very thorough and accommodating. I was able to fill out the paperwork from my work via email and Adobe Sign and get the repair going right away. A day later I get a call from Duc ("dook"), the technician that would physically be working on my car. Explained to me the expected repair completion and the possible delays that would occur from parts availability and discovery of hidden damages. Also explained to me that he would be doing the "back-and-forth" with my insurance adjuster in regards to estimates. Another individual who was very thorough in explaining the process and giving me realistic, honest expectations. As this was my first car accident, he made my natural confusion disappear. Duc would continue to call me (note, not the other way around) once or twice every week in regards to updates with my car. So much that it was almost annoying, but in a good way! Always keeping me in the loop was definitely a plus. Three and a half weeks in the shop. It was a half-week more than what Duc promised but that was because my car spent the extra time at a dealership for ADAS recalibration. (ADAS stands for Advanced Drive Assistance Systems, its all the safety features that modern cars have and recalibration is an obvious mandatory step after extensive body damage). Here's the kicker. They hailed and paid for my Uber to get to the shop to pick up my car! I get out of the Uber to see my car parked at the front of the office--washed, detailed, and vacuumed. I was warmly greeted by Duc, Tri, and Emily. Duc gave me a walkaround tour of my new car, sorry, newly-repaired car. But my God, it sure looks new. As a matter of fact, Duc and his team fixed the little imperfections of my car outside of the accident free-of-charge! On top of that, they provide lifetime warranty. As I drove out of the lot, I noticed a bottle of touch up paint in my cup holder. Neat! The small campus that 360 Autoworks sits in is bustling with productivity with different employees running around, working on different cars. Really shows their work ethic and confirms why I was able to get my car as fast as I did. The office was air-conditioned, had several couches, a mounted smart TV, coffee and chilled water ready to dispense, and a one-person restroom. I was recommended by another friend to check out Duc and his shop. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by T and he went and located Duc for me. After speaking with Duc for 5 minutes, I felt confident in his ability to match my car's hood to the original factory paint. No easy feat. I have a very complicated 3 stage metallic BMW paint which other shops have failed to replicate. This place generally handles the bigger problems such as accidents and insurance coverages, so someone like me that needs a front lip painted would be and has been ignored by multiple body shops. Well..Thank God they ignored me because I found 360 which is much closer to me. I spoke with Jason through the phone about my paint needs and he told me to bring it by so he can take a look. Peter greeted me upon arrival, really really nice guy by the way, and called Jason out. Jason was what I thought he would be, he gives off that trustworthy vibe and knows what he's talking about, doesn't take advantage of the situation. He told me what needed to be done and that he would do his best to accommodate me. He gave me a quote for oem paint, I liked the quote, the part was dropped off and he said should be done in a few days! Dealing with Jason felt casual and professional. Just the way it should be. I want to thank both Tony and Jason for being exceptionally helpful today! My car trunk wasn't working properly. It would "close" but the open door indicator would still be on. I went to the Toyota dealership to see exactly what the problem was, and if they could fix it ASAP. When I walked in, they quoted me for $115 just to run diagnostics! Plus additional unknown fees. Thankfully, the man I spoke to referred me to 360 Autoworks and told me that they would be able to help me out. As soon as I drove in, I was greeted by Tony. I explained my problem, and he immediately did a mini assessment on my car and told me that there was something wrong with the latch mechanism. He told me that he would have the mechanic take a look and hopefully try to fix it without replacing the lock. Then I met Jason, who was very attentive and took time to show me what was wrong with trunk door. He even swapped out the lock with another just to show me that the lock was the root of my problem. He gave me quotes on both a used and new lock so that I would have options to choose from. There was no ridiculous charge for running these diagnostic assessments on my car! I would highly recommend taking your car here if you ever need work done or if you run into any car troubles! I was incredibly lucky to have been referred here. It is very difficult to find honest mechanics out there, who are eager to help you as much as they can, and to teach you a little bit more about the car you drive.
