Andy went over and above to make sure I got the help I needed. I was stressed out the morning the accident happened, esp since my phone was wonky and couldn't get reception for data or calls. When I connected w/ Andy, he got things moving: he called his tow truck partner and reassured me that he'd drive me home himself after the car got towed to the shop (I live nearby). He's very experienced with the insurance process and pointed out what I should keep an eye on. When it was time to get my car back, I was trying to figure out how to coordinate dropping off my rental car and getting to the body shop for the pick-up. Andy generously offered to dorp off my car at my place and pick up my rental car to return it for me~ What service. And last, but not least, the car came back in excellent condition: repaired and washed~ read more

Andy was incredibly helpful in repairing my car when I got into my first accident. He explained everything clearly and finished rather quickly considering the damages. My car looked brand new when I got it returned. He even took the initiative to help us with the insurance and guided us on how to talk to them. On a repair with another car, he was gracious enough to drop the car back at our house, and drove the rental back to the rental shop near his location. read more

Andy explained in detail what was wrong, what needs to be done, how much it gonna cost without giving me any pressure. It was completed on time, within the estimate and my car is gorgeous looking again. Very knowledgeable staff, honest, reliable and very professional! Highly recommendable. read more

Andy and Luis really care about their customers and try to help the customer as best as possible. My insurance wanted to give me an aftermarket part but they try their best to get me an original part which eventually did give it to me. They matched the color of my car to the point I can't tell where the damage was. My car was barely a month when someone hit me and people told me being a brand new car probably the color match would show different, they were wrong! Thank you guys for a great experience and job. I'll be recommending people to you. read more

Had to bring our 2017 Audi A4 in to fix the bumper, had a minor bumper to bumper accident the other day. It wasn't that serious, just a little scratch mostly. Our mechanic guy Andy did a really good job, it's all done within 2 hours, very sufficient indeed, the price was extremely reasonable too. So glad we found a body shop provides fantastic services with great prices! read more

I was really skeptical about taking my car to this place because my Asian parents recommended it and I thought this would be the stereotypical shady Asian body shop but I am really glad we did. We were debating on taking my post car accident car to Caliber Collisions since so many people know about it but Andy the manager was amazing. ABOVE AND BEYOND HONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! He really fought for us again the insurance and told us everything, so great communication. He came out to my house to estimate my car for damages and handled EVERYTHING for me from talking to the insurance, the rental car shop, and even picking up AND delivering my car. He is a life saver and now we are recommending all our friends there. We aren't even from El Monte but he services areas all the way out to even the Pomona area. Can't thank you enough Andy! read more

I had been the recipient of a minor collision. They repaired the damage earlier than expected. My insurance did not provide rental car for repairs. Andy suggested I ask the other person's insurance supply the rental. They did, and I got a rental. Andy also suggested I allow the other persons insurance work directly with the repair shop and my company was allowed out of the transaction thus saving me a $500 deductible. The repair is like new. I'll be using A Force Body Corp for any auto body repairs from now on. read more

Andy was very knowledgeable and gave me different options in fixing my gender bender. Of course there's always shops that want to upsell you and tell you the perfect way of fixing it, but you just don't wanna shell out half of your rent for your car. Don't know about you but I know that it's too hard to keep my car perfect - all I want is so that as I'm walking by it I don't notice huge things like a dented scratch on it. For me, Andy was great in offering me the cheaper repair to get rid of the obvious dent and paint rip so it worked out. They could've done the huge job and charged more too but I appreciated the honesty of each option and his explanation of the job read more

I have no idea how this place got so many 5 stars. I went here after my car was hit by a tire on the freeway. Needed to replace the left fender, windshield, headlight, and hood. . Right off the bat they got the wrong headlight. The hood was loose and would shake while driving. Used a cheap windshield which cracked shortly after a small rock hit hit. Went to replace at a different location and they asked why would you use this cheap windshield. Months later my fender paint started chipping. I went back to tell them to repaint the fender because they had 10 year warranty. They said it's now a new manager and won't accept it.. STAY CLEAR AND DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE. IT LOOKS GOOD AT FIRST BUT THEY SHORTCUT EVERYTHING read more

Meanwhile, Andy Wang would concern with costumer's financing cost and eliminates your consumption to the lowest point. read more

Got in a hit-n-run situation and my friend recommend this shop to me. Turns out if you speak mandarin and is looking for a honest and professional shop, this is your choice. The service is very effective. They know what you really needs and will never tell you to pay $$$ for a useless part, like most of the shops do in my area. I was referred to A Force by a friend while visiting LA. My check engine light came on when I was driving so I decided to have it checked out before driving back to the Bay Area. Even though they don't typically handle mechanical issues, Andy was very polite and helpful. He only asked me a few questions about the car and told me to buy a cleaning solution from AutoZone and pour in the gas tank. Problem solved! He didn't charge me a dime and saved me hundreds by avoiding a diagnostic test. I want to praise Andy and A Force Body Corp for their customer service, which is rare to find these days. read more

Tore out the bumper of my Benz coming out of the garage. They gave me a great price and hand held us through the process. Most places you go to, kinda feels like they want to charge you more than just the work done. As far as 5 star service, they personally dropped me off home after I left the car and they personally drove the car back as I had no other car to use at the moment. Took them 1 day to complete, which to me is fast for the quality of work delivered. Would recommend. I'm not big on posting reviews, but when asked and deserved, I am willing to do it. read more
