I was really skeptical about taking my car to this place because my Asian parents recommended it and I thought this would be the stereotypical shady Asian body shop but I am really glad we did. We were debating on taking my post car accident car to Caliber Collisions since so many people know about it but Andy the manager was amazing. ABOVE AND BEYOND HONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had been the recipient of a minor collision. They repaired the damage earlier than expected. My insurance did not provide rental car for repairs. Andy suggested I ask the other person's insurance supply the rental. They did, and I got a rental. Andy also suggested I allow the other persons insurance work directly with the repair shop and my company was allowed out of the transaction thus saving me a $500 deductible. The repair is like new. Andy was very knowledgeable and gave me different options in fixing my gender bender. Of course there's always shops that want to upsell you and tell you the perfect way of fixing it, but you just don't wanna shell out half of your rent for your car. Don't know about you but I know that it's too hard to keep my car perfect - all I want is so that as I'm walking by it I don't notice huge things like a dented scratch on it. I have no idea how this place got so many 5 stars. I went here after my car was hit by a tire on the freeway. Needed to replace the left fender, windshield, headlight, and hood. . Right off the bat they got the wrong headlight. The hood was loose and would shake while driving. Used a cheap windshield which cracked shortly after a small rock hit hit. Went to replace at a different location and they asked why would you use this cheap windshield. Months later my fender paint started chipping. I went back to tell them to repaint the fender because they had 10 year warranty. They said it's now a new manager and won't accept it.. STAY CLEAR AND DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE. They fixed my car and also provided a full car wash, inner and outer, for me which I really appreciated.
