Got here and we had to wait an hour and a half for the Pickleball court, which at the end of the day, is understandable since we didn't have the reservation on a Sunday afternoon. so we waited about an hour and a half the gentleman asked me if I wanted 30 minutes or an hour I said an hour I got put down for 30 minutes, not knowing spent an hour and a half at the facility playing cornhole, and all the other games they had to offer our time was finally up after having a couple drinks and food. And if you're looking for a fast drinks from the bartenders, you might as well sit down for 15 to 20 minutes to wait for that drink as they don't really care or have a sense of emergency because it is a tip pool . What they don't understand is it's a team effort and because they don't care that affects everybody else that does care. We ended up playing Pickleball for 30 minutes and got kicked off the court after reserving it for an hour and there was a mistake. Clearly I was frustrated and the only reason that they are getting a five star is because John the general manager stepped in and clearly saw my frustration before I even had said anything he already offered to take care of the 30 minute game and some other items as I was not looking for this he still took care of it. It doesn't really make it better, but at the end of the day, he definitely made it better and we do appreciate it so we definitely recommend this place. We will be back to play some pickle ball and give the other staff a chance.

I felt Jessica the bartender went above and beyond to do her job and make you feel almost like family. Upon leaving the bar the last time we were approached very rudely by a gentleman looking for a lottery ticket he misplaced. Once we walked out the door, this man had a bad attitude and started making accusations about the lottery ticket he misplaced. At that point I then stated maybe he could then apologize for the rude accusations he was making. At that point the other guy was pretty drunk and not wanting to hear anything we said, he only wanted to fight and he made it pretty clear when he went after my bf, and they got into it in the parking lot! After he was done with his bickering with my bf he came after me because I told him to make sure to view that camera and when he finds his lottery ticket later,he could apologize to us. And the guy was still very aggressive, and he even shoved me down in the parking lot. By that time my bf was coming to protect me and we just left the bar. Upon showing up a few days later, "Jay" was bartender and told us we were {86'd} from the bar and upon speaking to others that were there that day they even compared notes, and they found the guy's lottery ticket stuck between the toilet and the wall and I am very upset and hurt that we are treated as the unruly one's, and we only defended ourselves. I was told that this was the premier Furry Bar in the Valley of the Sun, but now I feel that someone was playing a cruel joke on me, because I was the only one dressed head to toe in, what I refer to as "Fantasy Gear". Truth be told, I identify as a Unicorn, but with a severed horn. (Nasty hot-tub jet accident). Well, I had my blinders on, so I was ready to just prance out the door, when one of the "Humans" offered me a Pink Pussy. I was taken aback and flattered!! Turns out it was a shot. Still good though. Anyhoo. They asked me to sing Karaoke, but I was a little hoarse. I finished my drink and sugar-footed to the door. For what could've been a nightmare experience, ended up being quite "Nnnneighhh-borly". They accepted me for who I was. If you sometimes feel like you are the only one of you, come take a drink at the stream of Willy's. You can lead a disfigured unicorn to water, but seldomly can you make it drink. But I drank. They close fairly early, even on weekends. The remaining server, Samantha, was happy to help us and didn't make us feel rushed. We knew what we wanted...and always ordered when there..the Brontosaurus (beef) ribs. I can only ever eat one at the restaurant but then the rest makes for great leftovers at home. Enjoying the large aquarium while eating is always an extra treat!

Issue #4: my husband opened a bottle of ketchup to put some on his burger and the bottle literally exploded. Ketchup went everywhere. It was all over my husband's face and clothes. It was all over my clothes and arm and all through my hair. His burger was covered in an avalanche of ketchup. This is clearly not normal for a bottle of Ketchup. The server seemed baffled and was going to leave my husband with his meal that was drenched in Ketchup even after he asked her what would have caused the bottle to explode like that. I finally asked him if he was comfortable eating the food and she then offered to have it remade. Now the food: Burger (after being remade) was average. Chicken tenders were average. Mac and cheese and baked beans were not good. The positives: Loaded potato peels were delicious. Would definitely recommend those. Server kept my husband's soda refilled. The lady doing the bingo games was awesome. She played good music and had a good vibe with everyone in the room. I think (hope?) they were severely understaffed, hence the extreme wait times for service and food. All in all it took 2 full hours from when we got there to the time we were able to get our bill paid and leave. I cannot imagine wanting to return here unfortunately. The other patrons seemed to be having a good time with the bingo host as well. It seems this place does attract regulars but most seemed to just be drinking beer and eating onion rings. From appetizers to dessert everything was full of flavor and delicious. Both of the waiters that have served us have been friendly, attentive and helpful. The atmosphere is great as well, with enough tables to accommodate a small lunch crowd. I recommend the street corn, nachos, chicken flautas, salmon, tacos, pasta, and churros for sure. My friend said the burgers are excellent as well. I plan to try other items on future visits, and know I will not be disappointed. You won't go wrong if you choose to stop in and try it out.
