I ordered a wing on Mar 2, it was delivered to my condo complex on Mar 6 and the product was missing from inside. I pursued the issue with my mailroom as well as the local post office and both entities said to work with the company because the package should have been insured so that a claim could be submitted. Unfortunately the package was not insured. As a result I am out $800+. I tried working with Jonathan and Jennifer and neither of them acknowledged the issue but rather blamed my mailroom stating that it was signed for and as a result they washed their hands of the issue. The shop came highly recommended from my buddies at Patrick AFB and unfortunately their level of customer service was not up to par. This could have been prevented by applying insurance onto the package and allowing the USPS claim process to work itself out. I will not be ordering from this company again and will warn the Wing Foiling community here in Puerto Rico of the same. Lucas C.

Kristian has taught me step by step all of the necessary skills to become a proficient kiter. I was amazed that only after 5hrs of lessons, I was able to get up and ride and after about 10 hrs of lessons I felt fairly comfortable with handling most situations on my own. Kristian has been great at dialing in on the little things I can do to improve my skills. I learn something every time I am with him. He is extremely patient and has a good energy about him that makes you feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them. He is also really good at helping you feel confident in the progress you have made. I am positive that I will have all of the skills necessary to kiteboard unsupervised thanks to Kristian. Overall, I have been very pleased with my decision to take Kiteboarding lessons with Good Breeze. The equipment they have is top notch, their instructors are knowledgeable, and the prices are very reasonable. If you have thought to yourself "It would be cool to Kiteboard", you should go for it. The board was severely damaged during shipping. They seem to have had no insurance with UPS and asked me to pay for return shipping (~$300). I eventually found a repair shop locally. Good Breeze did pay for repair but then backed away from their offer to send a helmet and leash as I now owned a refurbished product. They wasted so much of my time with their complete obliviousness to the notion of customer service. Definitely stay away, unless you are absolutely sure that your transaction will not encounter any hiccups
