The issue was as simple as replacing the battery for the box. Neither one of us had the correct batteries - he took it upon himself to go to the closest gas station to purchase the batteries. He may have been gone 10mins - came back, replaced the batteries and the bonus was the great conversation that came with it. EXCELLENT customer service - this is what going above and beyond looks like. If I could rate Sweeps and Ladder higher than a 10 I would!

I would NEVER recommend Barrett Roofing Company, they replaced my roof and after a couple of years…read moreI called them because birds were getting into my attic at a dormer where they left roofing material off. I was told they would send someone to take care of it but no one ever showed up. Later the roofing material failed ( loosing most of granular material ). I called them, someone came out and inspected it. Never called me back. After I made repeated calls to them they finally told me that I had to contact Tamco myself to handle warranty claim. I didn't buy it from Tamco, I bought the product from Barrett. NO INTEGRITY with this company. B T

Here's a update on my review. So when I first got the…read moreestimate to fix the unit. They quoted me 3,500. But I asked them what was wrong with the unit. All they said was that they needed to find the R22 refrigerant which is not produced anymore. Two days later he told me he couldn't find it. I mentioned to him that EBay usually has products that are not available anymore. So after I hung up I checked on EBay and I found the item in 30 seconds. So I called him back and mentioned that to him. One hour later he called me and said that he found the item. Sounds fishey. So I got rid of my old property manager PMI Professionals. So my new property manager went to get keys and leasing documents and they told her that it was the compressor. Then she got another company to come do a inspection. The vendor did the inspection and said the compressor still works but the insulation was loose that's why the air was not blowing at full capacity. So he tightened it up and now works fine. Granted it is a older unit but I have at least time to see if I am going to fix it or buy a new one.So it just cost me 125 dollars If this company told me the truth I would have done business with them to either fix or replace the unit.I recommend that you don't hire them. Thanks
