cannot attest to the insulation part yet... i guess i may need to write another review when winter…read morearrives, but from the problems with the door, i doubt we received what we paid for. the garage door job was arranged by the builder who built the garage; had i read the reviews on other platforms, i would never have let the contractor hire them for this job. several problems in the three months that the door was installed. the top panel cracked & they refuse to replace or warranty, after they said they would warranty it!!! RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE !!! so now we are out another $250 for one panel, and we'll have to find someone else to install it. since then, we've had another garage door person look at the door & motor... the motor sounds funny, like there's a problem. come to find out that All Seasons had set the door to close so hard/with such force/continuing to push the door down even after it was closed, that the motor is being ruined and that contributed to the cracked panel. when the new people adjusted the door, it did not bend in the middle anymore. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE - WHO KNOWS WHAT YOU'LL END UP PAYING FOR!!! APPARENTLY NOT WHAT YOU WERE PROMISED.

I called Mullins Company to get an estimate to spray under my sunroom with foam to insulate. They…read morereturned my call within 2 hours and came to house next day to measure and inspect. I received a call in 2 days to talk about options and pricing. He stated the minimum cost to come out to a job and I was fine with pricing. He then told me that for that minimum, they could do a lot more while here. I was able to add my truss band in the basement staying in same cost. Wonderful to have honest and helpful people in trades. We agreed on work and cost, contract sent electronically. Mullins sent 2 guys out to perform the work. They were very efficient and thorough , even cleaned up after themselves. Well pleased with entire process.

Only the insulation for the walls showed up and Spencer told me that the blow in was back ordered. He completed the wall insulation as phase one. As soon as we were ready to do blow in attic insulation he disappeared with my money. I have been calling and texting for weeks with no response. Currently - no materials, no communication - no Spencer. At this point, I am believing that he took my money and has no intention of completing the job. I hope I am wrong and that he will reach out and have a good reason for the lack of communication.
