I dealt with Candy in the office to make the arrangements. She was wonderful as well. She communicated with me and went above and beyond to make them available around the counter install. The office person was nice but finally I asked if Chris would call me to maybe plan another approach to this job but no call. A month went by and I again asked for a call and none came. Bob's team did an absolutely fantastic job getting everything sorted out and were open and transparent throughout the process, making it a stress free process for us and giving me a huge dose of "feel good" about the safety of the home we're moving into. I'm a worrier and a perfectionist by nature, and this being my first home purchase turned those tendencies up to 11. I'm sure they wished at times that I'd just let them alone so they could get the job done, but all of my questions and concerns were met with open, honest, and kind spirited responses.
