He didn't show up for the initial appt., and rescheduled for the following week- even then he was an hour late. We discussed the repairs and he said he would email an estimate. After hearing nothing for weeks, I reached out to him and he said he would have it by the end of the week. The following week, I reached out again and finally received an estimate. From there on, I would hear NOTHING from him unless I initiated contact. Then the excuses started.. I dealt with this man for three and a half months, with him ghosting me the entire time. At no time did he ever fulfill a promise, or meet a deadline. The last straw was him AGAIN failing to provide information on the repair. That was Feb. 25, and, you guessed it, CRICKETS! I have to wonder what part of "Do It Right" applies to his business.

We have a large roof and had substantial storm damage, and we got a good price for excellent work. From start to finish, they were always very quick to respond to any call or email. The job was an absolute success. 10 stars if I could. They made it easy for me. They replaced my entire roof, installed new sheathing, some facia, some guttering, etc. and it was as painless as it could have possibly been. The best. Snowden's came highly recommended and they outperformed all expectations. My tree guy even remarked "you've got the right roofers on the job-they're the best there are". Linn and Karen are perfect professionals and as a husband/wife team you don't get a lot of third-person mis-communication, misunderstandings, confusion, or "I wasn't told that". All work is described and dicussed in a plain, conscientious manner so you never in the dark and you can have confidence that professionals are performing the work on your home. They do what they say they will do. They come, they work, and they're gone. It just doesn't get better than that. My best to all the employees of the company. Your efforts are much appreciated.

I was referred to Tried and True Roofing from a business that I had previously done business with. I contacted Phillip Oliver and he came by that day to measure, and gave me an estimate before he left. He was 25% of the cost of the next closest estimate, AND he was responsive thoughout! With his estimate being so low, one would be wary of the quality of workmanship. Since the business that recomended him is top notch, I had few reservations. Admittedly, much of the work that was estimated by others was unnecessary. Within 3 weeks of my first contact, my repair was COMPLETE! Phillip and his crew were professional, prompt, dedicated, hard working, efficient, and completed the work in a day and a half! They did a great job with cleanup too. He requires no money up front, and offers 100% satisfaction. I can't recommend him highly enough!
