I was calling daily trying to get my roof scheduled. My house was hit with a tree during Helene and none of the interior could get done until the roof was done. They didn't even start my house till end of March - which I was pissed. Again calling every week, no responses, but they had my money and I was stuck. Then they tried to skirt the system and not have the trusses inspected. Donny - been doing this my whole career- tried to play dumb and was a jerk. I had to hire a structural engineer, I had to find all their mistakes to get them to fix it, and it put me behind another month. All because they took on too many jobs, money hungry, while people are just trying to rebuild and MOVE HOME after their home was destroyed. They couldn't care less, tried to avoid inspection, did shitty work, and now I'm stuck with it. I WISH I NEVER HIRED THIS COMPANY. AWFUL COMMUNICATION. Everyone blames everyone else. I called Keith the morning after, and he not only honored the now months old quote, he got everything ordered and the new roof on the house before Thanksgiving. His crew was very thorough in preparing for the new shingles, and 14 full 4x8 sheets of new decking later the new roof was on and water tight. They did an absolutely fantastic job. It made a huge visual improvement to the house and it's a huge relief knowing that our house won't be rotting away from the inside any time soon. In addition to the great work, Keith was very gracious in dealing with my nonstop questions. I'm an engineer and a heaping dose of both curiosity and perfectionism come with that occupation. Keith took the time to answer my questions and took them in stride, and was overall very communicative and open about the whole process.
